but there is also a bad condition if the incoming is a whale. it means the price will pump up fast but there is a risk the price will also dump very fast.
holding altcoins for a long period will indeed be profitable. especially for selected altcoins that already have potential in the market.
but for a new altcoin project and holding it for a long time of course it's too big of a risk. because we don't necessarily know how the project will last for a long time or not.

Yea true if you are a "holder" sure you want to maximize your profit by holding it as long as possible if you get the profit from there. But do you know that not all of the traders have enough income to backup the investment they have made on the coins? They probably need money urgently so they need to withdraw their coins to pay their needs and that's okay for me. It's a dream for everyone but yet some of them have trouble when doing it.

The altcooins with real use case and sound fundamentals will pump definitely. not all long-held altcoins will be valuable and have higher prices, it all depends on the held altcoins, if the altcoin has a developer, team, community and has uses for the future then it might have good value and keep pumping price.

Basically we can't just rate coins because it all comes back to the development team,
sometimes there are many altcoins that are predicted to have a high price but in reality it is the opposite,

Setting illogical targets for your coins only gives loss. Its not like that always you have to wait for long time to get profit but there are exceptions like Btc, Eth, Bnb.
