Alcohol abuse is one of the topical problems. Wide sale and advertising of alcoholic beverages, low level of human development contribute to alcoholization of the population, including minors. This lack of culture and weak will power, or rather its absence. Alcohol can only be useful in very small doses.

Now more impact on life expectancy provided by the environment. All admire the success of the Chinese economy, but few says that on the streets of major Chinese cities can not see anything from the smog. I am sure that it will affect the life expectancy of the Chinese.

It is well known that living in heavily polluted cities for long duration will reduce your lifespan. For example, Norilsk is one of the most polluted cities in the world, and the life expectancy there is just 59 years (compare that to the Russian average of 69 years, and 80 years in the United States).

Drinking in small quantity may not be that bad and if you drink the right drink like those in the category of red wine then maybe it can actually have some positive impact on your health in the long-term basis. Just be careful not to overdo this habit as this is actually considered as a pleasure trip and we all know that we can occasionally have a pleasure overdose. Alcohol in moderation is not bad per se but when we abuse it then we can have a big problem.

Up to 18 or even up to 21 years it is contraindicated to drink alcohol, because the body has not yet fully formed. I drink a little alcohol only on holidays, I want to keep my youth and clear mind until old age.

I think, there's a lot of impact of drinking alcohol. If you have been addicted in drinking alcohol, you cannot just remove the habit of being addicted to alcohol. Drinking alcohol have a lot of impact in our daily lives. We should know what are the bad effects, or what will gonna happen if we do not drink alcohol. Sometimes I drink alcohol, but we should not drink alcohol daily. We should avoid drinking alcohol, there a lot of bad effects in our health.

Hi guys. Just wanted to know whether drinking is good or bad for our health...first of all i drink every weekend because i feel refreshed after a heavy week of work..  After i drink i take a lot of food and have a nice sleep....I do not have any kind of headache or anything after drinking but will it affect me in the future.... My dad almost drinks everyday right from his childhood may b at the age of 18 but my dad is healthy and strong even after drinking so many years... Thanks to god for that....... Any way,  When it comes to your health, is it better to drink or not to drink?

Feel free to unwind if you are stress with your work. Drinking alcohol is relaxing but don't drink too much. Too much has a negative impact like next day hang over. My dad is a drunkard since he was on his college days. I'm not sure about the status of his internal organs since upto now he still keeps on drinking. His sweat smells like alcohol. But, I'm still thankful with God that he is still alive. Hopefully he will live longer even though he keeps on drinking.

It depends on the individual. My grandfather was a heavy smoker (started when he was fifteen or sixteen years of age), and he lived up to the mid-80s. I don't smoke, and I drink very rarely. But I would consider myself very lucky, if I could live up to 80.

I dont think drinking alcohol is all bad because if it does then they will be more regulated than it is now. Aside from religious injunctions, mild drinking of alcohol does not kill but too much of everything can cause problem even water as good as it for the body. Aside that, what matter most is drinking responsibly and thanks to some countries, you dont drive or attempt to drive so far you have an intake of alcohol.

In moderate amounts, alcohol is useful. I can afford to drink a glass of good wine on weekends and feel fine.

I have heard that wine is good for health. But I am not sure about the other drinks, such as vodka, gin, whiskey.etc. These drinks can cause damage to the liver, even in small quantities.
Do alcohol in small amounts is useful. Red wine stimulates the production of blood red blood cells and helps fight against effects of radiation. Whisky thins the blood and facilitates the work of the heart. Besides contributing to the enrichment of the cells of the body with oxygen and cleaning the vessels. Just all you need to know the measure. Drugs in large quantities is poison.

Such a norm of drinking alcoholic drinks is quite normal. Even for health, it does not hurt. The main thing is not to abuse alcohol every day.

I am not much of a drinker but i would say, if you have too much (in general * not just by drinking alcoholic drinks) of one thing thats the part where its bad.

Yeah that basically applies to everything. Drinking alcohol in moderation actually has health benefits that are scientifically proven like lowering blood pressure, but if done excessively, it can damage your liver and sometimes gives heart attacks. Aside from the fact that being totally drunk makes you a bit out of control. Some get into fights, some worse. So just be responsible as you yourself will know if you're getting too much already
Everything that you listed is not the fault of alcohol. Just alcohol reduces self-control person. If under the influence of alcohol the person himself is so, then it means such a person without alcohol he's just waiting in the wings.

Medical science has proven that every time you drink alcohol some of your brain cells die. It has also proven that the blood doesn't flow as it should through your body often resulting in heart attacks which not rarely are fatal for the person. It is ok if you drink once in a long while and drink socially 1 or 2 glasses but if you go further it can be very bad for your health.

no better, good advice is to never drink alcohol, although only slightly, or it should be stressed, never drank alcohol even though only a drop. With all the explanation you mentioned, and also with all the bad things that can happen as a result of alcohol minun, we are really not advisable to drink alcohol. Alcohol can also cause addiction and it is very dangerous for health.
