I’ve literally only just started to drink the correct amount of water per day & I’m in my 20’s. I was finding myself feeling tired, moody & weak so I thought I’d try drinking lots of water & it’s really made a difference. One weird thing is my eyesight seems better.

I drink a lot of water every day besides drink coffee and tea. Although I don't know what the benefits of water for details are, I only know that when I drink water, it can help me to feel better, although I must go to the bathroom for pee repeatedly hahaha Grin

For us it is essentials to continue the drinking water after every hour. Approx. 2-3 litres of water on daily basis we should be consuming it. Also, while getting up on daily morning we should be having approx. half litre of water so that it helps our digestive system to cleanse up properly.

It's less important when you drink water as how much you drink per day.

This is really right because water is water and when it goes in shouldn't be of importance but to take standard quantity daily will keep someone fresh and healthy just like it is advised in the hospital. Water helps to dehydrate someone and by that all systems and organs functions as expected and keeps the skin very fine and shinny. The quantity of intact of water daily is what is important and that is why they say water is a source of life


As i heard, we should drink 8 glass of water every day. Drinking eight glasses of water in summer is easy but in winter our water intake is very less and due to this many people get ill. Many people do not realize the importance of water.

I drink water every morning but don't drink water before going to bed. Thanks for your advice! I did search on google and the result 1 glass of water is very good, a moderate amount of water is necessary but shouldn't drink too much before bed, it will overload the kidneys and bladder.

OP really gives some good advice. We all know we’re supposed to drink lots of water but how many of us drink enough? I know I don’t & looking at some of things that can happen if you don’t drink enough I really need to make sure I do  Undecided

Yeah we definitely should look more after ourself. Also it probably makes a difference if it is summer or winter, because when it is hot outside and we are sweating a lot we need so much more water. In winter we probably don't need to drink so much, and it's more likely that we will be eating a soup during winter which is also helping a lot with staying hydrated.

Drinking water Before sleeping is really preventing the Heart attack happens in the Morning , but we must maintain drinking plenty of Water each day even if this will bring us Pissing constantly .

But also try Drinking warm Water each time  to help slowing the building of cholesterol.

I am maintaining having warm water at least 4-6 glasses a day.

The most important thing in our world. I drink at least 3 letters per day. And if you think about it everything in our life depends on water so everybody knows how important is it ! Somebody once said '' The water is life '' 
Liters i Guess , But depend in the climate i believe ? because sometimes in cold Weather we are not use drinking more water.

1. Eat healthy.
2. Drink enough water.
3. Sleep, but do not over sleep.
4. Do not stress too much.

Btw My Greatgrand father and mother (my father's side) lived till around 95. No lazyness, work from 6 am and get to sleep early (totally different from what we do now).

I'm not a Doctor but I think that drinking water after or before eating is not the best advice. As I know, it's better to not drink water before/after  the dinner immediately, because of digestion process.
I saw advice here about walking and I thinks  its best choice for healthy life, of course if you don't have any medical  or other problems with  fatigue  ...as I know it's the  best thing  for preventing thrombus which has become the famous disease in the last period due to new coronavirus. at the same time, after the activity, drinking water is good for me , because it protects me from drying the organism.
Keep yourself hydrated is important because our body is actually made up of 70% of water but still we need to take care of the time we wre taking it, as you said we have ti avoid drinking water while eating as well as immediately after eating we need to give a break atleast 20 minutes for before and after to drinks at meal time.

My doc recommends me drinking at least 1.5 liters of water. That's around 6 glasses. If i feel catch cold or something, I multiply that number twofold. Hydration is key. But rest shouldn't be underappreciated either. Good sleep is right up there with water. So don't forget sleeping enough. Also, cut sugars as much as you can. There are also a plethora of diets and life choices you can pick. Keto, fasting, omad etc. The key is to focus on living healthy.
