Indeed, now probably more than half of the coins on the market are not active at all and have long died. I hope that there will be a sweep of these useless coins
this is a very useful website and it's always on my bookmarks. It's very important to check if a coin is dead or a project is inactive before investing otherwise you risk to have a coin that you can't sell anymore and worth nothing.

People who are into cryptocurrency in a few years will accumulate so many coins and tokens and to be honest it is very problematic to keep tabs of these everyday especially if you have like more than 50 coins and tokens in your possession. It would be very tiring to check each and every coin and I wish there is an app there that can make your portfolio interactive.

Yes it is a good idea too raise awarness about the dead coins. Many investors mostly newbies unknowingly investing in these coins. It is very important to gather all kinds of information before investing in a coin.
The data is really helpful. As there is a lot of investors out there who are fan of new coins, and majority of them does not often forget to check if the coin they are going after is dead or not.
