As per the source code inside, we created customised difficulty retargeting system so that even when the chain is new, the difficulty is adjusting properly upward.
For the decentralised social networking, we plan to implement it on top of masternode as they are the one which is 24x7 live.
All apps will run on top of the Infinex App, not through browser based.
Development is in plan for this.
