Just opened two ginter x boxes, nothing. Sad  I am raising values on all three minis.  Mini black 1500.00  mini red 30,000.00 and mini silver 65,000.00.  Not saying you will get this right now for them but, buying them at these prices would be less expensive than opening these 600.00 boxes but, not as much fun.  All the best fellow treasure seekers Cool Cool

Did you get any good ones at all? Rip cards, Brooklyn,  printing plate, metal, cloth, anything,?

Nope

Oof - swift kick between the legs there.  My condolences dolph.

I have had a few tempting offers so far, but, until the right offer crosses my path (whether from this country or not), the 2018 Topps Ginter Rookie Cryptocurrency Unicorn/UNICARD, will be safely locked down. I wonder if the Author of the Crypto Encyclopedia has some contacts who'd be interested in making an offer for it. Or feature it in his next book Huh My own little Unicorn card adventure of a lifetime.  Grin

Hopefully the crypto cards will show up in the next book, will have to wait and see Smiley

As promised, here are some photo's of my Unicorns   Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked  Enjoy!!!  ONE of a kind Error #83 Crypto Card without numbers. (5x7)

Having personally handled 10,000 or so 5x7 cards.  I can confirm this is indeed a rare bird - a 5x7 with no number.  Think of the possibilities  of the 350 varieties,  the 83 Cryptocurrency card has this flaw.

If, a Jordan rookie had had this error,  it'd be a six or seven figure card

I haven't run across another no number.   Get that puppy encapsulated and HODL strong

Here is another thing that PSA grades: Sealed packs.

I sent in a sealed 3-card pack with the crypto card on top.  The odds are getting that card on top are lower than a 1/3 of 1 percent.  If you were to order a ton of value packs in hopes of getting a crypto card on top - 350 of them, you'd have to pay about $2,300!  (3 packs of value backs cost about 20 bucks, 350/3 = 116.67, 116.67 x 20 = 2,333.

If you are in the market for a PSA 10 one, let send me a PM.  No pictures yet, they are still sealing it.

Here's a picture of the graded plastic pack next to a graded card for comparison

Psa mini versus plastic pack

Here is back.  Note elevation

Only one so far!

The odds are getting more favorable that a red mini or even the silver will show up in one of the unopened ginter x boxes.  Most retailers have opened or sold off theirs since the price spiked so I doubt their are more than a few boxes left unopened

I cannot help but think that the remaining Red Mini's will come down to a first knowledge, first served kinda thing....competition will be fierce for those little jewels, you can bet the rent check on it. Which in turn, will eliminate many collectors who don't have the means.....but it's still a lot of fun to watch it all unfold, for most of us.  Wink

This can be an extremely expensive hobby without a doubt.

How much would you pay for a red mini 1/5 Cryptocurrency card? You can answer me in private if you like....just curious

No....I do not have one...before anyone ask's  Cry

Wow, I don't mind answering here, I wouldn't want to be specific as I'm sure you understand but, I would pay more than the highest price ever paid and I know it is in the thousands Cool
