Just bought a bunch of the blaster boxes again. Only 14 a piece.

Awesome! Good luck!

By the way, how do the blaster boxes (8 packs @ $14) compare to the retail boxes (24 packs @ $45-50) with regard to hit quantity, etc? I may buy a box or two.

Thanks,
Chris

Received a 1/1 glossy mini today and it is very glossy front and back, very different from the regular base mini.

Very interesting.  Thanks for that information

Outbid already.  Enjoy whomever wins.  Now the question they will have is to open or hold on?

Mainstream card collectors are jumping in and now we should see the real increases, just my humble opinion.

PS - Bought one hobby box for 100 bucks and it turned out to be a Hot Box with glossies instead .... I was confused af until I read the OP!!! Grin

Happy thanksgiving all

Just had a moment to look at PSA grades to see what the latest results were for the black mini #83, looks like 8 total graded   4 came in at grade 9   2 at grade 8 and  2 at grade 7

Like I mentioned this is an extremely difficult card to pull a 10 because of the black borders slightly chipping but, I'm sure a few 10's will show up.  If you do get a 10, hang onto it because you have a very rare card.

The triple card single was a One Time Offer, One of a Kind, card. No matter what anyone thinks, it's a "historical" card.  Cry Period.

Yeah I thought it was cool. Thought about trying to win, but I always get sniped by people using software (i think)? Tongue

Dolph, it's still a 1 of 1 card,  Lips sealed by Topps Vault, with a letter.....I'm sure whoever will get it graded, and very possibly get a 10 from PSA. Buyer could do a little display thingy like you did, with all Black mini's right next to it..... Shocked  that would sure look nice next to a 1/1 card  Smiley I think that not a lot of people even knew about that card, with under 20 watchers...thats why that card didn't go for much higher.

You may very well be correct Smiley

My personal opinion is that the base mini A&G back is going to be in more demand than the gold or black border.  The regular base or the silver glossy will be the tougher of the sells for quite a long time due to availability.  The recent blank back 3 card connect mini is a very nice card but, the reason the price didn't rocket was it was connected with two other cards.  Stand alone cards do much better and bring a higher price, it's only an opinion  Smiley It could show back up graded by someone and sell at a really high price.

Time will tell, however, the silver glossy is already becoming hard to snag for under $15 & some reg base sales have been $6 + shipping. Peanuts sure, but in the volume the cards were made.     Shocked

Drumroll please.

I'll have a PSA 9 mint for sale on ebay later today (unless someone buys it here). I got a 15% off offer, so use that if you see that on home page . I think you have to use app - not website.

$1,100. Granted not cheap, but...

That is an extremely good price for a psa graded 9.  An ungraded one under 500.00 is a bargain and it appears that mainstream collectors are getting on the bandwagon  Smiley Smiley

Tempted to raise price, but holding the line at 1100 for now.  May test Ebay on gold border. Or 10 graded  PSA NNO no number only have one, so this will be painful for buyer.

This is all making me want to send my gold/black borders & a&g backs out for grading... Dolph what have you done to us?!

Can always count on Dolphriends for positive support (except my bad jokes on ginter x box price)

Appreciate your  insight

Always welcome, not sure if anyone has noticed but the plain regular mini crypto has disappeared.  They were so inexpensive they were grabbed up.  I think we will start seeing some graded ones pop up for the holidays on ebay. Smiley
