Yes it doesn't look good for Chile and it will be very tough for them to qualify for the 2018 World Cup now. They need to win against Bolivia to at least give them a chance at qualifying. They might still be able to make it but it will be hard, since winning the Copa America they haven't been playing very good football at all and now they risk not making the 2018 World Cup.
