I think it's just clicked I'm supposed to just post any old stuff in here until I'm allowed to post into forums.
I've read these forums a few times over the past couple of years. I think bitcoin has a ton of potential and want to learn more about it. I originally heard about bitcoin on a This Week In Tech podcast from 2011. I've since invested in it, traded with it some and now officially accept it in my business, although we haven't had any customers use it with us yet. Excited to see the market for bitcoin continue to develop.

People are a little crazy on here. I got started on bitcoin mining about a week ago and just about immediately switched to litecoin mining after doing some research.
Been mining for a little over 2 months and new to this forum. Mining LTC at the moment and doing as much research as possible.
I'm here to get enough posts to use the Surf4Bitcoin competition.

Started researching Bitcoins while looking for a usenet provider. Ran into bitusenet and realized they only accepted bitcoins. I was like "WTF is that?" Google lead me here where I read a lot and finally created an account. Now I have a wallet with no bitcoins in it. Linking my bank account always makes me nervous so I have not done it. I will have to figure out another way to fund my wallet. Being a newb in the Bitcoin world can be intimidating. Back to reading...
