I'm Ash, I heard about bitcoin a few weeks ago, I've set up a couple of cpu miners in my office and a gpu at home on my gaming rig.

I've signed up here because I'd like to find some bitcoin paying small jobs, I can translate anything from french to english and vice versa, edit film and design lights for theatre. I can also provide tour guide services anywhere in france.

I have been having some issues trying to double mine (cpu + gpu) on a windows 7 machine, my gpu miner is gpuminer 2011-05-21, I can't seem to find a working cpu miner that can coexist with it.

Anyway, hope you're all enjoying yourselves.

I've been mining for a few weeks now.  I first heard about Bitcoin whilst I was Stumbling the web.  Some teacher was going to set up a mining server using the computers at the school over summer break.
after I mined my first coin I was hooked.  Needing to spend the vast fortune that a retail clerk makes I went out and bought 2 5970s off Ebay.  If I had only known that you could run pci-e 16 cards on an x1 adapter I would have bought cheaper cards, but you live and learn.
I rely hope that Bitcoins stay around.

Hi there!

My name's Chris, I found out about Bitcoin a couple of months ago but just started using it very recently (now of course I wish I had been using it way sooner Wink). I'm still a bit undecided on Bitcoins but it's certainly very exciting to see how Bitcoin develops.

I'm Forgineers. I'm new to bitcoin and trying to get into it. Not sure if I want to get super into it yet or not, seems extremely confusing. Anyways, it's kinda annoying cause I really need to PM this guy for his marketplace item, but I don't have permissions.   Cry

Greetings all!! I am here to learn how to lose money. So far I am learning to setup my money-loosing machine.  Grin

I agree so far....  Been lurking and giving mining a try for about a month, but at least I had a reason to convince my wife to let me upgrade my old, tired 8800GTS!  Grin

Hello World  Smiley
Been lurking for a about a month, picking up bits of wisdom here and there. Finally after finishing my second small rig, and mining 20BTC I decided that I have something to say.

Be seeing you!

hello bitcoin users! I'm new to this bitcoin thing, but from what I have seen so far I think it is the wave of the future! we can change the world slowly but surely. the current system is corrupt and over complicated, we need to start fresh and bitcoin is the way to go! once enough people see it, then it will explode bigger than it already has! Im just glad to be a part of it now!

I'm not very computer savvy so I don't even have a wallet yet, or any bitcoins, but I'm just excited to watch what's going on!

I am from Canada. I'm a person that I keep hearing shouldn't exist - attractive, young female with a quantitative Ph.D. and no boyfriend. Unfortunate.
