Hi there, I'm about two months deep into bitcoin mining. I started for about 2 weeks with an Nvidia card, then very quickly upgraded to an ATI 6770 variant (MUCH better @231 Mhash/s and nice low entry cost card if I do say so  Grin). I like to mine with Slush, Deepbit, and BTC Guild. They all have their pros and cons, but by now I've learned what to expect from all three.

Anyways, if anyone has some experience with Linux, I might be asking your help in the future, I'm thinking of building a very striped down (hardware-wise) Linux based miner. I'm still pricing out all the hardware for future growth. Right now I just want to sit back and let my current hardware pay itself off.

Talk to everyone at some point in the future!

me coyoteghost. live in desert near city that glows in the night.  white man calls amerika vegas.  we call home.  his war against my people leaves my vision very clear and very sad.  need rations for spiritual guidance to survive long dark winter ahead.  have much goods to offer in trade.  blankets covered in sars and many tax free tobacco cigarettes.  the wind can verify my honest heart.  may the spirit god show you the way.

I'm store owner thats looking forward to learning more about Bitcoin. I have a small online head shop and I've recently had lots of problems with conventional payment methods (paypal). I hope I'm looking in the right place for an alternative.

QOTD:
"It is more important that innocence be protected than it is that guilt be punished, for guilt and crimes are so frequent in this world that they cannot all be punished. But if innocence itself is brought to the bar and condemned, perhaps to die, then the citizen will say, "whether I do good or whether I do evil is immaterial, for innocence itself is no protection," and if such an idea as that were to take hold in the mind of the citizen that would be the end of security whatsoever."
