Gabriel from Hungary, devoted translator, intending to create the Hungarian version of some of the en.bitcoin.it pages (some translations already done), but not having the slightest idea about wiki-technicalities, and as such having no idea about how to create hu.bitcoin.it pages in the first place either... so I'd be very grateful for all and any help in this matter.

I've already registered on translatewiki.net, but I don't see bitcoin.it among their projects... so I'm really confused about what to do and how to start? I've already done the translations of the FAQ and the Introduction page, and I'd really like to put them online...

Hey guys,

I've been reading on these forums for a bit now but never made an account to post yet. Thought now would be a good time to do so.

Hi there!

I'm from Germany and running two websites which I recently updated to allow for bitcoin transfers.

www.easyct.de and www.darkambientradio.de

I had problems with spammers as well, fixed it by restricting new users that have a Chinese IP address. The geoip library was my salvation.

Is anyone reading all these introductions?  Wink

I'm from Germany (please excuse my poor english!) and quite new to bitcoin. But very fascinated. Wish I'd heard earlier about it when mining was more profitable. I think with the next step in difficulty my decent mining (about 330 Mhash/s) is just for the price of electricity.

Happy bitcoining!

hi there Smiley

I'm not reading all of them but i enter this thread time to time to read last page.. to see who and why is coming here and how did they learn about bitcoins

so welcome everyone Wink

Hello,

Completely new to the concept of bitcoins, but I rather like the idea, and am interested in participating in this economy!

I am a seal, I go honk, honk!

To start experimenting I am CPU mining on slush's pool, until I figure out whether mining will be worthwhile or not, and what GPU's to rinse.

Much love to Diablo, slush and all staffs.  Kiss

I don't think so.  Might as well start a game thread. "next poster adds 1 to the number in the previous post"

Greetings-  Have been reading for a long while and just realized that I've been in the sandbox!  Smiley

I've been mining on eligius and continue to do so when it isn't having issues.  Like a lot of folks, considering whether it makes sense to mine anymore at the current difficulty.

Hi all,
I am CrazyNick. I started mining about a year ago and started trading when 1 BTC reached USD 20.
Given the current level of difficulty I stopped mining (don't have enough GPU power).

Hi, my name is Steve.  I learned about bitcoins a few days ago when I read someone's signature on a different forum.  it said he was working for BTC.  "what's BTC?" I asked myself, "and why don't I know about it if someone's using an initial to refer to it?  what could this place be?  think of something it may have done for that industry."
