btc cant do 10-100X in one blow can it I think basically no so I think just watch out for fundamental project and then if you get lucky into some presales then congrats they can actually make 5X or more especially from platform like daomaker or others Just search some ecosystem launchpad and get in early and you might do fine but if you want safe investment and just hodl strategy then keeping btc is a good idea

First of all, I would recommend that you don't focus only on one currency or way of working as it is more risky first (as it is difficult to guess which coin is surely be successful), and less profitable (if you invest only in mainstream currencies). So you had better just divide your capital and the bigger part invest in Bitcoin and Ethereum, and the rest of money try to invest in ICOs or any defi-projects. I think investing with ICOs has a very high risk, among which we can lose all the money we invest, because there are lots of scam ICOs, even though there are also ICOs that can give you profit, but the percentage is 50: 50, of course this is very worrying, but if you invest with BTC the level of security is more guaranteed and there is a great chance to be able to get big profits from it,
Such an equal ratio is a golden ratio and worth accepting but ICOs no longer have such a golden ratio and nature, several ICO projects are still announced but for most investors, they are just thinking that someone is littering in public, there is not a gold field for them to dig like in the past, digging deeper is just dirt and sand and quite disappointed. But remember, For these people need to do research and choose some good exchange.Instead of all of them, Investment in Bitcoin is best. Also to make an investment in Bitcoin, you don't need a lot of resrch. Without any kind of knowledge, you can make an investment in Bitcoin, but for this, you need to hold a long time. I don't really know what you meant by ICO projects but base on my own thoughts and how I feel about the crypto market, I think investing in Bitcoin will be the best and Bitcoin is the most volatile coin which is more better than altcoins projects including the new projects that are flooding the crypto market with fake and scam projects that will soon crash. I will recommend that you study the market situation and the structure of the ICO to determine the potential in such ICO. Bitcoin is definitely my choice investment in Cryptocurrency market and situation of the market that we are in.
ICO investment nowadays are totally shit or not really worth off and this might be an old topic pertaining on a particular year or time but on this current condition of the market then these things arent relevant anymore.Nothing beats out if you do really have bought BTC on earlier years basing off on what price level we are sitting on but there are really people who cant really just able to wait up and dont really like for them to see

Investment in ICO is not so profitable now. Also, there is a huge risk of scams. ICO was profitable a few years ago, But now people like to do IDO, IEO. Those are very profitable and the investment is also safe if compare with ICO. If you really want to make an investment in ICO, Go for IEO or IDO.
