for now investing in ico is not a promising option for profit, and I prefer to invest my funds in bitcoin, it is a better choice for me.
for me to prefer investing in ico if possible there are still potential ico, but now there are many projects that are not potentially possible the situation is now better to buy BTC and it is a good one. investing in ico will only make a loss if we incorrectly selecting and analyzing potential ico
I often encourage people to invest more in Bitcoin because this is the only coin that helps you to make a good and very stable profit during this time. I think the future of Bitcoin will be very good and you should consider more because the possibility of Bitcoin reaching the price of $20,000 again will be very high. Of course, any investment needs to be careful and think many times before making decision.

Buy BTC, easy. If you're looking on it as a longterm investment then BTC is the best option. It's not safe to invest in ICO's right now, just my thought tho!
I recently looked at the ICO here https://neironix.io/ico-ratingrating and was horrified at how many dead projects ... so I think if you do not want to be confirmed by big risks, it is better to invest in bitcoin, it will definitely not disappear from the market in the long run.
No ICO is giving profit to their investors and it does not matter how good the project is, even if there is a working product. BTC is doing awesome and make x3 science the beginning of this year, so definitely buying BTC is a better choice.
Bitcoin is one alternative that can be relied upon for investment today compared to other altcoins. but not all altcoins are not good, there are still good ones and can develop well, but it takes a careful analysis and attention if you want to invest in altcoin. for the time being the most reliable one is bitcoin, so don't hesitate to invest in bitcoin and right now don't try to join ICO, obviously you will regret this action.
Welcome to the wonderful world of cryptocurrencies. If you are starting it is advisable to invest in Bitcoin (although it is not your best moment). However, although it is riskier to invest in an ICO, it is where you can get more profitability in the long term. Always be sure to inform yourself of the ICO you are going to invest in. Our currency is MINX, the project is Innovaminex and had good acceptance in the ICO and the benefits will be great in the long term.

ICO can't be guaranteed now, now it's IEO, but if you buy IEO at any exchange I think it's also not good, buy IEO at just a few big exchanges, you can invest a small part in a promising ICO but the majority should end up in an established project.

like Binance, or Kucoin I think 80% you can get profit from there other than buy Bitcoin

Invest in stable altcoins. No new ICO's because you don't know anything about the project nowdays. Eth, Xrp, Xlm, Nwc, Neo etc. etc.
Agree with your opinion, it's better to invest in altcoin which already has a market and is quite stable. or it is also true if you want to keep investing in bitcoin, but it is not recommended for now to invest in ICO. because ICO currently cannot guarantee that it can be completed well, even many of them are scams.

ICOs are dead in the cryptosphere this is as result or aftermath of many scams that had engulfed the entire market thus discoraging investors to invest in them, I would rather invest in a more stable bitcoin while buying at low then sell at high I would not bothered about any speculations surrounding any ICO again for now maybe in the nearest future if the coast is clear then I may decide to in new ICOs with a good project Should I invest in ICO projects or would I buy bitcoin to hold and wait for the price? Investing in ICOs is the wastage of time and money, invest in bitcoin only if you have some good amount to invest.

In my experience of trading and investing for 2 years, I recommend investing in bitcoin and holding it from now on. Bitcoin's price has dropped quite sharply and is near the bottom, so buying it from now on is likely to make more money in 2020 when Halving bitcoin takes place.Should I invest in ICO projects or would I buy bitcoin to hold and wait for the price? Why should we not invest in ICO? because when the bear market comes, we see lots of scam projects coming up and lots of bad projects. So investing in ICO right now is risky.

Only way way to get profits from ICO is to create new one or join in very early stage. Serious ICOs are super rare. For long term I would definetly invest on BTC, for ICOs maybe worth to invest in few with hope to get return and one unicorn but I think actually it is hard to find this kind.
I think for the time being investing in new coins is currently not suitable, unless you have confidence in the project and also the courage to invest in it. I refer more to buy BTC and use it for long-term investment because it is more profitable in my opinion 
The crypto market conditions are not fully bullish to invest the safest crypto asset BTC in riskier ICOs. It is hard work to find really good ICOs that can give any good gains or hold their value .
You're right about the market condition not to be healthier but that doesn't mean this current time is not good for BTC investment and ICOs investment are not secure right now due to high rate of scam project going on but IEOs hold by reputable exchange are still good investment if youre early bird investor.The crypto market conditions are not fully bullish to invest the safest crypto asset BTC in riskier ICOs.
