for me is depending on the situation, if for short time i'm prefer to trade in market than investing my money in ico campaign, but for long time period i'm prefered to buy and hold bitcoin on my wallet

i suggest to buy a token after ico why? because after ico there is a chance that the price of the token will go below ico price so you will get an instant discount and hold for a couple of months then take profit.

I think you should buy the token of potential ICO projects now. You should only buy tokens of projects developed from November upwards. That is when the price of BTC is very low and the price of token will also be low. When the BTC increases, your token will also increase. it's a simple problem and reality.

With those problems of ICO, and most of the freezing of development and reduction of investment capital, there is not even a doubt to invest in Bitcoin. But this is also not the best option in the current environment.

indeed now most ico do not end well, they come with the intention to cheat and some come with a less interesting concept. but I think there are still some really good and potential ico. we must carefully choose it and we can invest there. buying bitcoin and holding it back won't solve the problem or give a big advantage. waiting for the market now takes a long time I think.

ICO still a good thinkg to be a investment option if you have a good strategy trading in ICO Project. Because most of ico will down into under price ICO, you should buying the Token/Coins by the exchange not on ICO Sale
