BTC is better solution to my mind. Without btc there is no way to buy ICO and make any investments for a long term.

Definitely, you should invest to Bitcoin directly. Nowadays ICOs are more risky and more scam than old times in bull season. Cryptocurrency's prices affect ICOs directly. I didnt get tokens or something from ICO's boounties last 3 months. Stay away from ICOs

Choose both of them , but be carefull in investing in ICO because there are many ICO out there that are scams , you should do a research before investing into a certain project for you to have a good profit in return. Yes when investing in a coin or token that already has such a high market capitalization, you'll likely not get a 10x. So I do something similar as well, go with the low market cap coins. Now to mitigate risk when investing in low market cap tokens which can be risky, you have to ensure the company behind the coin or token has a solid team, working product, and a good plan. And this is why I'm also invested in EVOAI.

With current market conditions and bad weather. Buying BTC will be a safer and more optimal option. BTC has reduced by more than 30% compared to Q3. some ICO suffer more. But please take a corner for ICO. It may explode quickly when the market recovers at 2019.
