In todays situation investing in ICO is risky as almost all ICO are scam and when invested wont give much profit as they are taking too delay to get listed in reputed exchange till then the price what it get listed in reputed exchange the value of investment goes low and then their are lot of chances that their will be loss in this investment that is why it is better to buy that coin which ICO you are interested in investing in much lower price.
Seeing the market condition of BTC it is a good time to start buying BTC as the price is low slowly we should start investing in each dip so that after 1 or 2 years we get a good return.

I prefer BTC but some ICO must have chance to be invested. For example in my signature I think a good project. But today we need any investment after DYOR and no other way!

So I think you should invest in bitcoin now because its price has dropped to less than $ 3500. That is a good price to hold in the next 2 years.
IMO bitcoin could be a good investment but we don't know if the bear market is over yet. All of the other alt coins are pretty dependent on bitcoin so I would say invest in ICOs

at this moment its better for you to collect more Bitcoin and others crypto such as ethereum, ada or EOS,, with huge potential to grow when the green come back to crypto market buddy
but if you want to invest in ICO you should know f the project is a serious project with great team and strong community

For me, id rather invest in BTC rather than wasting my money in ICO which has no certain if the project is true or not, because as we can see, the ICO scams and frauds are now scattered everywhere, so id rather be more practical than wasting my money.

I think, you prefer chose Invest in ICO that good. Because BTC still in waiting agreement from ETF.
