Month ago I told 'ICO' but today I understand that basic coins are more predictable. That's why I smoothly transfer my alts to the top10. And I left 3 coins from dip: Eng, Ada and Fsn. It is not logical to enter the ico for now.It seems more sensible to buy bitcoin for me.because the projects are usually below the ico price.

both are good but you must holding them in long term. you must be patient to wait bcse of bearish market. many coins down and ICO coins down too. if the market goes good, all coin will follow good price too
I think the best coin is bitcoin rather than ICO because yes you will wait until the time that the price will be good and I see that bitcoin will run shortly than ICO that you need to wait for a couple of years to have a good value and sometimes it will value to zero. So for me it is better to invest to bitcoin or put your huge part of capital to bitcoin and small part to ICO you want.

I think its better to buy a btc and leave it there in your wallet if you are targeting long term gain. Buying an ICO is very risky and needs your rigid research before buying it. Though some ICO's are very promising, still there are many hat resulted to fraud and gone. Always do your own research when investing an ICO.

I dont recommend for participating o any ico at this year, you can look which projects did ico and which one is above ico price, many of them under the ico price and they are falling much.

if for a short time, it might be better for you to trade altcoins or buy it in the ICO or coins that are just listing. if long-term, you can try bitcoin
Both of invest in ico or buy btc can be done. But i advice to buy bitcoin, dont scam your money with scam icos. You could not know ico was a scam or not.
