Of course bitcoin. It seems to me that at the moment you understand the fact that bitcoin is the most reliable investment at a time when the whole market is going down.
Yes, I agree with you. Everything now falls and if bitcoin also falls, then I have the certainty that he will grow in price soon but about other coins I do not have such confidence and even more so about recent ICO projects.

I also prefer now most of the assets to keep in bitcoin, yes it falls, but I like you believe that everything will change and it will be worthwhile and it's expensive not now...

You can do both. And if you can understand both, then you can make a profit from both. But, you must be careful when you want to invest your money in the ICO, because many ICOs are Scam. So you must be smart in choosing an ICO project.
And if you want to buy bitcoin, You can buy now and after that wait until Bitcoin to the moon.

Seeing how the price have gone down for the past few I say I'd go for BTC, but I still don't want to factor out investing into ICO's specially those projects that I see potentials. Example menlo and OPP, they both have the best concept of a project and its what we needed right now.

I would prefer investing in BTC rather than in an ico because BTC has already an established coin, already up and working. Have you already created impact in crypto ecomy while on other hands investing in an ICO is a gble and a little bit risky cause you'll never know what the ico would turn out. It either a success of a failure or even worst a scam. It's still up to you where you want to invest caue at the end of the day it is your money.

Last year it was more profitable to invest in ico, but now it is exactly bitcoin. Too much good news on the main crypto currency.

My opinion of my friend is to invest in BTC. This year is not suitable for investing in ICO projects, the risk is very large. It is not 2017 now.

currently investing in an ICO project is very risky, how much capital do you have? the price of bitcoin is now very falling, you can trust bitcoin more than investing in an ICO project.
Even if you do not have a lot of money, you correctly noticed that investing in ICO now is very risky, because it is better to buy bitcoin, he now well subsided and you can buy it now at a good price.

bounties and ICOs are currently experiencing rough times since scammers have found opportunity in them which has mixed the sentiments of investors. I really hope that menlo one will be the answer to what ICO investors have been waiting for. It's a decentralized ICO listing platform set to launch within this year.

It is better to invest in the first half of the year, but at the moment you should not wait for a big jump. Bitcoin will not take off in the coming months, but rather will smoothly fall to its average values.

ICO can give you a much higher profit. But just is case if you make a right choice of a project. Everything depends on you. There many failed projects, so statistics is not on your side. You should conduct thorough investigation before investing, but after that you can relax and just get profit.

Bitcoin can also give your profit. In case of its growth (that doesn't depend on you) and your good trading skills. You will spend a lot of time and nerves during the whole process of investing. Probably, risks are lower here.

If you trust yourself, I think you should choose the first option.

Invest in a credible ICO like MFChain. Buy MFX now, it's still incredibly cheap at the presale level. 1ETH = 10,150MFX. Buy Up to 76500MFX and get qualified for a masternode.

If you invest in BTC which is currently more volatile and taking a hit from all corners right now. You will be in a state of panic as to whether you would lose, except you want to hodl for a really long time.

On the other hand, investing in some ICO may provide you with price correction to account for ETH valuation when the token sale is concluded. Which means you get more value for it. The question is which ICO to invest in.

Here's a hint: As the subject of adoption continues to linger, platforms that are pushing for the adoption of cryptocurrencies on the side of mainstream usage, like merchant adoption for example; stand a better chance of carving out a niche for themselves in the long run.

Notwithstanding, invest in an ICO you are most comfortable with and with the amount you are willing to part with.

I think that even the price of bitcoin will be in the next month or its end and then there will be a good price for the entry of all those who have not yet bought bitcoin. And in ICO I have not entered for a long time, I consider it dangerous.

I am a newcomer to the crypto market.
Should I invest in ICO projects or would I buy bitcoin to hold and wait for the price? Please give me advice.
Sincerely thank you.
I would have asked you to invest in ICO but then you are new to the cryptocurrency world so you will have to deal with issues like identifying the right ICO because not all Icos get to see the light of the day. As it stands please buy Bitcoins although it mean waiting for a while but I think it's worth it. You don't want to gamble after all.

If you have a lot of money, then I suggest you invest in BTC. If you are not a newbie, then you can consider investing in ICO, but the risk is very big.

My bet 50/50. The half of your deposin must be ramained in BTC any cases, any market - bullish or bearish, does not matter - 50% always in BTC. The rest may be invested in alts or ICOs. As for now there is only one crowdsale I really consider as promising one - Ubex. Hype around the project is enormous, moreover the final product is ready
Agree as for BTC but surely disagree with 50% of the deposit to one single ICO, even such hyped as Ubex. Diversification is the KEY to success. Always remember that
