If you will hold your money more than 6-7 months, it is time to invest your money. If not, wait for a stable marketcap condition.
Trying to time the best time to buy and sell is impossible. The best that we can do is make an educated guess that hopefully will end up being a good one. That being said, now is a great time to buy...maybe not as good as a week ago, but the price will most surely continue to rise and you could very well look back at this moment as being one of those "should´ve bought" moments....

I agree that there is no ideal time for investment, there is a favorable and not favorable, now a really good news background and a good time to buy a crypto currency, but there are no guarantees that soon we will see a red field and bitcoin below $ 6000
