If you missed the dip late last year,but i wish you didnt miss another as all coins including bitcoin and ethereum, then i would say Invest now dont have second though as most of the coin in the market are struggling to grow, especially Ethereum and other coins with good fundamentals
For me a want to choose Invest now. Because all altcoin and bitcoin are so low and this is the time to invest most likely the altcoin tokens because many altcoins token like Ethereum are so low for me this is the time to invest now to get a high profit and if you do not have the patience for that then might as well do not invest on anything
In my opinion you should invest now on any altcoins that you are interested to invest in because as the time goes by the value of it might go up. So for me now is the best time to invest than to wait.

In the long run, I suggest you buy them now (but not all) because they have more room for development in the future. If your goal is long-term holding, the price is really not important. If you are short-term, your risk is small, but the return is small.
