The price is already cheap now, it has not gone down so much so I am thinking the next price movement will be uptrend.Bitcoin has achieve a big ATH last year and I believe it will happen again this year, if we reach 20K last year, it's possible to at least double that price this year.

Don't wait. Invest what you can with dollar cost averaging. Always have cash in reserve to add on the dips. When you feel scared is the time you should be adding more. Hard to do for everyone in real life...
When i started i slightly 'overpaid' for my coins/tokens, BUT now when i look at it it makes very little difference
