The market cap at the moment is at good levels, but I think that there are a lot more people who have not entered the market and thus making every huge dip(like the one yesterday/today) a good entry point. I waited a couple of months before entering and could have made massive gains if I did my research earlier and convinced that this is a market with a huge potential.
Nobody knows what's tomorrow is made of so I cannot tell you if it's a good time or bad time, but hey just invest what you are comfortable losing.
there is no better time if you are certainly not a super analyst or trader, there will always be ups and downs
I wouldn't want to expect anyone to wait at the point in time that we are before investing in cryptocurrencies. Why wait when several millions of investors are making so much fortunes with cryptos. This to the extent that many have secured their futures and that of their offsprings through cryptos. I dont think too late to invest now, the market is grow fast in this month and any altcoins grow. You should invest in altcoins which have not grow much and wait for few weeks for best results.
Investing is always necessary, but even if you are in the position of ETH -You are also investing, the very existence of your money in the crypto market is already an investment!)

Buying dips is almost always the way to go with many traditional investments, but this space sans BTC..it’s anyone’s guess completely. Charts can only show so much.

It is always a good moment to invest on a market that is going upwards. I would try buying ether and investing on a ICO. If you don´t know enough yet to choose a good ICO just get 50% of large caps and 50% of small cap coins.
I have to wait to invest. now the price of ethereum i think is unstable. let alone the price of the transaction is now expensive. Better wait until the price ethereum stable first,

much better if you divide it, for investment and for the price of your coin if it is going to increase or decrease. It is like a gamble that you have to take a risk with specially if you are going to invest it to an altcoin that you are new to you. Just do some research on which it will be the best to do with it because in the end, whatever we say or reply in here, it is still depends on you what will gonna be your decision.
