I was asking myself the same question and answer is right now because more you wait more opportunities will pass...
i think considering the fact all alt coins are gaining popularity, people are taking this seriously. i would go for invest
This is the best time invest because the whole market is falling down fastly, If you can afford to lose your money invest it, if you cant, then don't think about it. This is a great time to invest because in 2018 the Bitcoin market will be very Exciting as will be attracted by many investors in the world. The price of Bitcoin is increasing day by day. But remind it, After the holidays, the market will again show the bull. Then it will be too late to make a purchase.
well it depends in what you want to invest I think. Myself right now I'm into some alts but most of my time I'm spending to find good ICO's like ELLCRYS Per exemple. But if you have some money to spare , you can try to invest into some altcoins like etc , doge , lisk etc but you can also try some ICO's guys.
t's better to invest now because while the bitcoin price is lower then you're more likely to buy your token and invest because when the bitcoin price rises to the profitable profit that goes to you, you do not have to wait, it's your chance for you to invest, because when bitcoin is high it will cost you more than double

I agree, I suggest to invest not to wait. To invest now is another word to earn now or have profit after. Waiting is no longer recommended today, you will be late and you will earn nothing. So if I were you, I would prefer to invest and make the best out of it. If you will invest now, I guarantee you to have a good future in cryptocurrency. 
I missed the dip the other day and am wondering if I should hold out for another dip or if the current prices are still decent. Mainly looking at litecoin and etherum. I also need coins regardless so I can exchange for other altcoins.

Wait for what dude? Investmenst are always risky u can not find the best moment. You should just join now if you want invest for a long time or stay away from it.

As soon as the next law on the Crypto-currency is published, it should be bought or sold based on its content. Recently in Belarus they allowed the crypto currency and began to grow. Here such news also needs to be tracked.
Buy now if yoy already done your research and also the ICO or token has already have working product so in this way yoy can sure if you investment will have a higher success rate unlike to those who do not have product yet
