Everything grow very much now, all tha market are green. At you place I`d buy BTC , before it price is not very expensive and wait while BTC will grow up to 20k , and Altcoins will dumps very much after it. At this case will be a good point for buying.

But in this case you're facing risk to loose lot of money in case if btc price will not grow up. and when you are purchasing altcoins you are not investing so much money and I in this unpredictable situation chances for success are same.

That is correct. There is no perfect time. If you wait for perfect time you will find yourself waiting till forever.

As last month was generally red market for most of the crypto currencies, it is expected to have a bull market during January. That means there can be chance to make some money if you trade right coins.

it actually depends on your goal, i.e. Long term or short term. If you're planning to go in short term, it's always better to catch the dip, instead of getting in a moving train. You might get stuck and be shaken down to sell when it dips. As for long term, any price right now is a good buy, considering the potential that crypto brings. Ethereum price is almost hit 0.07 BTC per ETH right now, it's better for you to invest right now to get profits. Ethereum is gonna big in this year, so invest on ethereum will be a good move for you. I don't know for litecoin though, maybe other people can help you.
