Don't invest all your money, because there is no permanent in crypto, what if the price of the coin you invest will dump?  Any coin can lose the value anytime. So better half of your money not all.
it will be better again to split the half of his money, he should hear someone's advice that now is not the perfect time to invest in altcoins, eventhough they will be pumped oneday, but it cant be guaranted, nobody when the price will be raised and fall. keep trading on safe way. stay aware for altcoins in this month.
By the way this is seriously a better advice. Bitcoin is so expensive right now to buy but yes altcoins are in good position to buy and then hold them or trade as per your requirements. Make your way now and get the chance to change your life because now, bitcoin along with all the other altcoins are increasing with different speeds but yes they are increasing. So gear up!

I also invested all my savings into crypto and I think this is a good investment. After losing a lot of money for the first time, I was able to understand the fluctuations of this market and have a better investment strategy.

In my humble opinion, investing all of your savings in cryptos is a somewhat risky move.  If you stick to your guns and hold it for the long term (5-10 years) as you say, it could definitely payoff very nicely.  It will potentially payoff much higher than your "normal" investment options drawing interest, stocks and bonds, mutual funds, etc.  However, putting all of your eggs in one basket so to speak (yes I know it is 3 different cryptos, but all crypto nonetheless), just like any other investment, there is a chance it all could come crashing down around us.  Maybe invest 50-75% in cryptos "just in case" and the rest in more typical options, just to be safe.
I think, for a person who hasn't invested in any crypto coin before, it is a very nice strategy he came up with. He understands the value of Bitcoin and Ethereum very well. Personally, I don't like Ethereum very much because it is very slow at giving profits but it can be trusted with future. He will make the most amount of capital increment from Bitcoin. I would like to suggest him expanding his options if possible.
Maybe, you do not understand the benefits and the power of Ethereum can help the society. Ethereum is one of the projects can change the world's economy and other fields in future. The smart contract is the best tool to help us can put all faith in our deal, because there is no risk. Of course, if do not have Bitcoin and the blockchain technology, we will not have Ethereum for today.

Hello guys! I am planning on investing all my savings (12500$) in cryptocurrency, so I would really like to hear your opinion. My current plan is to split it in to 3 :
-50% bitcoin.
-25% ethereum.
-25% litecoin.

I am investing the money at the next dip.
Please post your opinion guys.

Edit: I should mention that this is for a longtherm hold, about 5-10 years

Sorry for my bad english, but I am better reading it than writing it.. :p
you should invest all your savings in crypto currencies even it 's bitcoin. I advise you just invest 50% of your money. this will safer than with your life
Investing in bitcoin is no doubt the best thing to do and that at the very present moment but the thing is we need to be very much careful while making this decision of how much amount we need to invest in bitcoin. If you are going to invest all of your savings, then things may go wrong. You do need to have something in your account as your backup. It will help you in managing the things at the time when you are suffering some sort of loss in your investment.

Investing all your savings can never be a good idea, crypto world has ups and downs.
It's worse to contribute all your cash and in the event that you need to contribute your everything cash than I will propose you not to put your everything cash in one anticipate yet you have to put resources into some unique undertaking with the goal that you can recuperate any misfortune on the off chance that you can confront and furthermore you have to spare some of your cash for your day by day require.

I think you should not invest in litecoin instead you should invest 25% for ethereum, NEO, DASH will have a future rather than invest in litecoin.

In my opinion it is not good to invest all your savings in cryptocurrency. Even if you plan to invest proportionately, still there are certain risk left with it.

Investing in crypto-currencies is obviously the good choice to increase your personal wealth if you are patience enough to hold your bitcoins and altcoins during a price dip, a better way to invest is to diversify your fiat money into bitcoins and different altcoins instead of just investing in only bitcoin.
Crypto Is the name of profit and investing into crypto means that you will be rich soon and there are many people who are still not believing in the reality but they will believe in future that they wasted their time on the cash they mush had invested earlier so that they can achieve good at present and I am the true believer of digital money and I will support the investing till my last breath that investing is way better than saving.

I think you are right because not investing all of your money is enough to say that you have a good management in your money because staying your 50% as an emergency funds for the possible worst case scenarios is enough to say that you will become safe in any instances. Invest in cryptocurrencies but be careful and don't be greedy.

Getting ourselves investment is a good choice it gives us money when we get old or if we want to retire but its not a good decision to invest all you have because investment is risky. You need to have spare money just in case your investment doesn't workout. So even if cryptocurrency can  give you a good profit and can even easily give your capital money in return still its not safe to put everything in one basket.
