Like the old times, I both hold alts and bitcoin. To be able to get both, I am joining bounties that pays btc and then after that project, I will join another project but the one that pays altcoin. Well it depends on what altcoins you choose to invest. For me bitcoin is still the most profitable crypto and good for long term holding. You dont need to focus on the current price because there's more to look forward.

Looking for altcoin in my opinion can search by rankings in coinmarketcap. Coins with large transaction volumes can be an option because they have a large amount of liquidity and community. By holding altcoin in the top 30 coin marketcaps, I think the liquidity factor is not a problem and for profit potential, it depends on the project's performance in producing products
