Eth and btc are good, for sure..but don't start from investing all your funds in big coins, they are pretty expensive for the new investor with average budget.. But diversification is always a good decision

That is right. But to those who are willing to set aside a considerable amount of investment, Bitcoin and Ethereum are the two coins on top. They are the most reliable and so investment to these two coins are less risky as compared to investment to other altcoins. Please research about the projects you are investing into.

Right! but for a smaller amount, there are probably no not risky choices.. so new ICO's you personally like and believe in would be an option

Yes your thoughts about the investments are pretty matured. It's not us or the noobs for instance who fall for the scam projects or the projects which are costly enough to invest in. That's all happening all due to the ICO going wild everywhere and they are the only entity who will decide the price of tokens because everything here simply is not real or more or less it's decentralised what we call it.

For now investment needs to be smart and should be done rarely but in the profitable manner. Hundreds of projects are published everyday but it's not like that we should go investing into all of them. People who are noobs will fall for these projects and will invest unwanted amount of money into it. That needs t be changed and one must be careful about everything.

Invest full in coins. Altcoins are good coins you should give all your money in to it. If you lose it is unlucky. If you are lucky you can have 1 million dollars for nothing.

You can also invest and sell, and do that again. To have more money out of it. For free.

Lesson I learned from trading is only buy when it is red, not when it is green. Dont put all your ammo on a single shot, make it a few shots worth. It is better not to earn any profit than losing money.
experience will allow us to adjust after, i think with trading activities we can learned more about money management, if we can survive using
diversion tactics when losing in some particular trades its better to cut loses then buy another coin which showing good potential, there's a lots
of studying involved so you can take advantage.

If you don't brave enough to take even a smallest risk, then don't.
But remember, take a risk will leads you to success life. It's worth the trouble.

Trade with your own risk.
Patience is the key to success.

That is right. We have to go out from comfort zone to reach our success. But we should know what is a risk of our action. I also new on this forum but i feel lucky to know this forum where i can learn to choose a  good or bad investment (coin ). But prediction is always right and its just probability game. We can only just learn how to increase the probability.

Just buy Bitcoin and HODL as you research more about crypto. That's the best advise for newbies.

With China news, and panic in the market. Is there is any returns on investment for new comers . For eg Ethereeum was $40  6 months back look at now.

earlier days the ICO offerings were cheap. Nowadays and recent ICO  tokens average around a dollar. I meant he Real , BMC etc tokens.

Not sure if we will make money in this risky market, as new comers bring in or pump in hard earned money. Old players are like playing in casino exchange coins from what they bought years ago . They do not feel the pinch as well worry about value, or need to do more homework on understanding the ICO for investment purposes.

Newcomers are walking in a thin rope i ffeel. I am not pessimistic but that's just my feeling. Not much of wiggle room to play as profits are far less than marketed.

I agree with you, I think they want on thin ice, especially now when there is such situation in China.

For starters the best is to invest in Bitcoin! It proved to be the safest
Yes it is safe but just will give small amount of profit too just investing into bitcoin, even it will needs couples years to get return of investment, the best choice for get the best profit from digital coins are investment in the icos and trading altcoins, it has big chance to get profit with a little money, the money to be invested in Ico must be the amount that can afford to lose due to investing in Ico and trading altcoins, Setting the risk of losing must be completely mastered.

Maybe for the beginning you just need to get profit from big coins like eth and stratis. I think it will be a safe investment.
But, if you dare to take risks I think new coins like neblio and kickico will be good for long-term investments.
i agree with that newbies should begin from btc or eth cause these coins keep good value which will give the newbies profits and also the time to learn, and when these guys gain profits and learn knowledge about this market, they can go to other altcoins
thats true, because most users start from using bitcoin and then get to know altcoin and then get to know more about ICO, and so on, studying gradually and periodically from general (bitcoin) then to special (all knick knacks in cryptocurrency) is the right thing to learn correctly

By advice to newbies if they go for altcoin investment is that they should follow or like the coin on social medias to keep them updated of what is going on and if the projects are progressing or not. You can also join telegram groups which is what the first person commented on the topic said because I did the same thing. And find time to read the coins roadmap also, you'll be surprised of how much information you can get out of it.

I am not a trader but my best advise is not to caught up on hype/pump&dump scams. They are much more sophisticated and harder to spot than in the old days. Post regularly on BTT to build up your rating but do not post spam/unhelpful posts and then research the various sig campaigns that pop up for free coins.
Dont trust anybody!. Its not the real world here and there are many bad actors.
Think of it as the wild west but without a sheriff.

You are so right. Thank you for your advices. We are following Hero Members or legends posts Smiley

Try to follow old traders on twitter, they usually have good things to say about being careful and how to handle your investment, plus some good calls too. Also telegram groups where you can see people discuss the prices and the icos
Thanks, will look on this one. I'm also having a hard time deciding on where to invest and what to do.

New comers should understand the risk involved in any investment, you have to take financial risks so that you can end up making profit. Always be patient with all the investments that you make, if you want to make profit.

When trading, don't buy when the value is high, buy when its low so that you will be able to sell when its high. Always have strategy.

One thing I will advice Newbies about it that, if they are looking for quick bucks and forget to research the projects they are investing into they will burn themselves, it is amazing some people referencing people that joined this movement from the Genesis, they too took a great risk even than those entering now and again some of them would have cash out when the price hit $1 but chose to stick to their investment and this shows that long term investing is the best
