I have to agree with a lot of comments here. Never invest without even reading their whitepaper or checking their background. Usually, they will promise big profits after the end of ICO, but you can't tell that yet until it's in the trading market. Also, you need to check your gut feel if the individuals behind are really trustworthy or not. Otherwise, they will just run away with your money and you will be left empty handed.

I would invest in some ICOs. So many new ICOs are upcoming up and are looking promising. One I am currently interested in is Propthereum.io. Investing in ICO is always a bet. You have to take the risk for a greater self. In ICOs, you wont know if they are scam, price will be lower when pushing on market or it will be the best investment of your life.
That is why, dont invest what you can afford to lose especially in ICOs and dont put all money in a single jar. Invest in the ICO and if you see price is rising when on market. Do your own pov and if you see further potential. Invest more. Dont go all in on an ICO

Hold your Bitcoin,now is the best time to hold it,it is now in the bearish period and if you want to invest in altcoin check the coinmarketcap and invest on coins within the top 10,to secure your profit.
it is a good advice to do because i think for now we should check one by one the ICO and we need to learn what the main purpose of the ICO so we can make investment with them but if we are not sure, then i think its good for us to hold our bitcoin and not invest in any programs and we only wait for another increasing of the price.
