Because NXT sheer falls in price. It's cost flows into ARDR.

Jinn (placeholder name) = The Distribted Computing project that initiated the IOTA project. Jinn is essentially a stealth hardware IP start-up founded in 2014 which is developing a new kind of microprocessor architecture for the emerging fields of IoT, AR/VR, Biotech and AI. As the Jinn project evolved, and the vision with it, we required a compensation layer that would provide the incentive for an open and interoperable IoT ecosystem.
