- 50%+ of the market price, he can sell 100k
- 60%+ of the market price, he can sell 200k
- 70%+ of the market price, he can sell 300k

Interesting, I will consider a switch in that case... might be better to get one of the two things to go through.
I had 100k towards foundation, but, will consider the switch if it means making the deal happen - if the community thinks it best.
