Yeah those are my concerns with Escrow too.
Plenty of escrows, rare to find a trusted high value escrow which I why I think CfB would be the best bet, if he ever offers escrow again...
Will see how we go, who knows, might hit exchange before a buyer and I will be happy with 6k SAT
