if we consider that the Xrp in circulation is too much, then iota will multiply more İota considering the support of İota.
xrp is a scam, stay away from that hype....it is going nowhere fast
both are the coin that have potential and i love both of them, but if i have to choose one of them i would choose iota. i think ripple is an old coin that developing too late. Iota is best coin and would be use for many aspect. and many good news about iota coming out that make me believe this could be the future coin that will increasing in the future. i belive iota will take place as the third best coin after ethereum next year.

Personally, I feel that while we can have a lot of confidence in the success of Ripple as a business, given its connections with banks, the XRP currency isn't necessary for the success of Ripple, and furthermore its circulating supply is too high to deliver substantial growth. IOTA, on the other hand, I feel has the potential to grow exponentially.
You can check in spot market that IOTA has higher price than XRP. So, you must invest in IOTA to get rewards from IOTA. IOTA and XRP is good potential coins. iota and xrp is top coin in marketcap its very hard to choose who is better. i think better you doing daily traders with these 2 coins (multiple) for get more profit

I have heard very good opinions about XRP, but I have always waved among other things too. Now I see that there is nothing to think about and I bet on XRP, my friend uses and is very happy.
I think they are very different and not comparable as rivals.
As investment opportunities they are both good options because they are growing and have good market cap.
I hold both coins and I am optimistic about them, but somehow XPR is more promising in my eyes in sort term.

Both have been growing good in the market gaining good market capital. In particular XRP's growth is tremendous and things happened in a short reaching the altcoins list with the highest market volume. Ongoing year has provided with growth to majority of the altcoins causing very few assets decline in value.
I would not bet on IOTA of course it could be my personal bad experience, but I think its time is behind.

they are both different coins with different purposes. I think they are both excellent choices.
Actually, why even people are comparing those coins, I cant understand about it. Both coins build with different mission and features. There is no real value to compare, both coins created on its own and with various of use.
Agree, IOT and a settlement layer for banking are different markets and have different requirements for success.

These bitcoin has similar characteristic. Since XRP are centralization and can be controlled by bank.
So, i would prefer choosing IOTA for future investment. Safety, privates, value for long term period are achievement of investing.
Since XRP was going pump so much in this month, the price increasing fast. We can buying this coins for short time trading only, which can gain profit when trend are in positive.

They are pretty different by nature. I guess that the real implementation of IOTA we would see not earlier than 2020, but Ripple could be widely used even in 2018-2019. So my choice is XRP.
Of course XRP. XRP going to hit 100$ until 2019 and iota will remain same value. XRP dev is working hard and everthing goes same as roadmap.
