He's trying to position exchange launch at a time period to maximize parasitic benefit of post-BTC halving bubble. If he released it one month before BTC halving, nobody would touch it. At least Come from Beyond hasn't sunk to the level of Ethereum scammers by claiming the BTC halving won't cause the price to go up (LOL). He knows damn well the BTC halving is an asymmetric bet. If the network effect is high, the coin value is high and thus the PoW network is sufficient to prevent attacks.
