When can we expect details of the BF/WeEx deal to be released to shareholders?

There will be an update this coming Friday.

Just to clarify we have not bought BitFunder.

Just to clarify we have not bought BitFunder.

The investors show was great, I had to leave early as I am about to fly to London, but George P's presentation was perfect. The team will no doubt be inundated with questions now.

You must have gotten something out of it, though, except trying to save face due to your indirect association with them, which I think was just an added bonus.

You say Bitfunder wasn't bought out. Did you buy the Bitfunder code though? Is Ukyo now your personal slave, working for free on your own platform? Something had to give I guess.

Edit: One more question came to mind. Has the transaction fee of 1.0 BTC been adjusted since the surge in price of bitcoin? Shame on me if this has already been stated in the previous hundred pages. ~0.1 BTC would now have the same value as to 1.0 BTC, when the initial post on page 1 was made.

To the best of my knowledge, the fee has dropped to 0.5BTC, but I'd wait for TAT to confirm that.

The odds are we will adjust it further. I have a meeting scheduled this week with Danny which includes that as a topic.

0.5 BTC Is still insanely expensive, 0.05 or 0.1 is more appropriate.

Who would want to buy BitFunder? It's terrible, full of bugs and security holes.

Someone that needed a private exchange on the cheap from a guy with no bitcoins and a shit ton of debt. Ha!

Exactly.

I assume the exchange will further develop, allowing other securities to be traded there. That was the whole point of buying Bitfunder wasn't it? Neo announced a while back there are plans to operate their own security exchange.

They haven't bought Bitfunder unless I've missed something.

Are you confusing it with WeExchange, which they haven't bought either but are helping ukyo fix problems with?

They have said they were going to look at if they could implement an exchange but I'd expect that's some way off given how many other things seem to be going on, and it may not be feasible.

You're naive if you really believe what you have just said.

They announced they would be investigating the feasibility. It is not officially decided yet.

You mean officially announced ?Smiley Why else would they get into bed with Bitfunder. Neo saw an opportunity to buy Bitfunder at their darkest hour, dirt cheap most likely. Was too good deal to pass by I imagine. Buy when there's blood on the streets as saying goes.

How many shares are left for sale on the site?

Last I looked, there were 4 shares remaining. But this is what Danny had to say regarding that:

This total includes shares that are locked out to prevent over subscription, an additional line is being added to show the amount of shares awaiting payment.

Just to be clear, a transfer from havelock to the LMB-Holdings public ledger does not contain any fees, right?

1. Bitfunder "locked" users moving to Direct Shares - NO FEE*

2. Havelock holders wanting to move to Direct Shares - FEE

3. Direct Share holders wanting to move to Havelock - FEE**

* We are awaiting an update from Bitfunder as to whether they will release the shareholder's email addresses, and waiting for the final official list, so this process may be delayed.

** New Direct Share purchases (purchased directly from Neo's investor site ONLY) are allowed to move shares to Havelock ONCE at NO FEE. This free move is limited to the quantity of newly purchased direct shares only.

Please note that transfers are not fully functional at this time, so there may be some delays.

Thank you for the swift explanation!
