I registered to take a look at the platform. The header on the homepage is not that great in my opinion it's too big, but overall it looks very professional. I will definitely use it for my longterm holdings and if the "Internal transfer" option is there to facilitate trading with other users it is awesome. Is it?
The 2FA is a must have and I'm glad to see you took the time to implement it, though I'd suggest to put a "Security" section in which the qr code and the alphanumeric key are displayed before attempting to activate it, this should save your support team some tickets from users locked out from their accounts.
Well done.

On another note: I think we will see a major correction in bitcoin price in the coming days and the usual sideway movement for some time. Did you take the opportunity to lock in some fiat for the near term expenditures, during this crazy ride?  Smiley

If I held the same views on Ukyo, would I be getting involved? Certainly not! When people have their Bitcoin back because I stepped in to ensure this was fixed, how could that possibly reflect negatively on myself or Neo & Bee?

Its very easy to throw mud based on limited information, there is a valid reason as to why this information cannot be made public, at this moment in time, but that will change. Once it is public knowledge will all these people throwing mud be queuing up to apologize, I highly doubt it.

I have also made it known that anyone pursuing legal action should contact me personally or through their legal representative, if they want to save themselves a lot of time, effort and money.

Thanks,

I trust you know what you are doing and when all this clears up and matters settle accordingly I will be the first one to congratulate you. But I hope you also understand people's concerns and the initial negative impact it can have until the dust settles down.

From Bitfunder shutdown notice:

Notwithstanding the shut-down, the site will remain available for viewing and users will be able to request records from BitFunder until at least December 15, 2013.

It seems that Bitfunder has shutdown all of ActiveMining accounts.  This was expected due to my "Legal Demand For Payment" and the fact that I release the information about meeting with our lawyers.

This is also why we had a cutoff date on the transfers to AMC-TENDER"; however, I was still accepting transfers, but it was expected that Ukyo "God Of Bitfunder" would use his almighty power to shut off our accounts.  So the last transaction time to AMC-TENDER is 2013-11-30 20:35:59.  Any transfers after that date will be limbo, until we can get the records.  This will also apply to the automatic transfers that Ukyo promised on December 2.  In our law suite we will try and recover the records after the above date using discovery.

The more I read about Bitfunder the more I believe Ukyo is a scumbag scammer and I really hope getting involved with this guy won't damage the image of Neo.

Exactly, it's not like these people are innocents that were taken for their hard earned money. They gambled and lost.
And now cryptocircus steps in to save the day and risks a hard PR hit. Does not make sense.

Please confirm the nature of the problem with weexchange.
Is the problem purely technical and funds are safe and there is access to them?
Or problem is of totally different matter and funds are not available at this time?

This is big deal for us,
Thank You.

Its NOT OK what Ukyo did. Its NOT OK to steal money from people behind backs and gamble them on mining HW, mining stocks, Coinlenders or whatever he did with them... its inexcusable criminal behavior, and I am very disappointment that you guys are also involved in this shit and thanks to your "secrecy act" seems like you're involved big time.

Also its not good start, that you missed deadlines with so easy tasks as are functional websites. What should we expect in future with so much harder tasks? ...  Huh

Yes this is a big deal for me too, the information you have with regards to gambling away peoples funds couldn't be wider of the mark if you tried. I got involved to ensure YOU get YOUR Bitcoins back. Or would you rather no workable solution being found? Have a pop shot at me all you want, when I can state more on the matter, will you continue with your remarks towards me on a personal level?

If you don't think I have yours and everyone else's best interests at heart, in relation to solving this problem feel free to get a flight to Larnaca airport (www.skyscanner.net), I will collect you from the airport personally, so you can come to see for yourself the work me and my team are putting in to get this resolved for everyone.

With regards to deadlines and websites, who exactly is missing out on the information our websites will provide? We don't fully open our doors to the target audience of those websites until February. Not the best start..... Did you see the University story, do you realize that we are now providing a payment gateway 3 months ahead of schedule, we have an entire new aspect of the business being launched before December 31st that will provide revenue from some of the largest markets on the planet, that wasn't part of the original plan, we have funds lined up for the portfolio management company......

The speculation surrounding a specific NDA or as to one existing is just speculation.

I understand, but your reply begs the questions:
Why did N&B announce its involvement with WeEx/Ukyo?
Was it not clear that questions like this one would result?
Why further compound this by promising to release the details, and then not releasing them?

I'm sure you can see that those who were repeatedly burned by a recent cascade of scams might misconstrue this as a stalling tactic.

I don't understand why your ignore button is so yellow...

Things like we can't talk about it, nda, ... all leave a sour taste in the mouths of people that have been around for a while.

Okay, that I understand however many people have thanked me for stepping in to help. What leaves more of a sour taste, things not getting resolved or something getting done about it and people knowing that another party is doing everything possible to ensure everyone getting their coins back. I took the decision first and foremost to HELP those affected.

Now back to Neo.... I am driving right now, when I get back later today I will provide more info on the investors show.

Hmmm what happened with http://neo.com.cy/ and http://bee.com.cy/ ?

Also on https://www.lmb-holdings.com/index.php I have this warning :

I have reported that to the dev's, I haven't had that issue myself.

neo.com.cy and bee.com.cy are currently still under application, the lawyers have had to get creative with the trademark applications to enable us to use these domains. www.neo-bee.com is going to be online very soon.

Neo & Bee Update November 28th 2013

Neo EasyCoin (easyco.in)
Neo EasyCoin is a web based business that allows the direct purchase of Bitcoin using cash through a payment network. This platform will offer Bitcoin at a competitive rate in the United States, United Kingdom, Russia, Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

Users will be able to credit their account once, enabling them to trial the website. Following the first purchase users will be required to verify their account through regular KYC & AML checks, of which are completed in a matter of minutes.

Customers of Neo EasyCoin will have access to our 24/7 call center and online support team.

This service will be online and fully operational before 31st December 2013.

Danny,

From the 11/28 update, I count six countries listed for EasyCoin. However, the new LMB Holdings website only lists five:

"Neo Easycoin will enable the direct purchase of crypto-currencies using cash, through payment networks around the world, initial payment locations include the United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Russia."

Has the United States been dropped? Or is it just more up in the air now?

Thanks-

The ask order for the IPVO has been removed, but please note that the unsold shares will still be made available via the new investor site.

Note that there are still some tweaks needed for the investor site content, features, and layout.

More details and instructions for share transfers, using the new system, will be provided this week.

About moving the shares, we have time before 1st December,  should we wait for the announced platform or will that come after that date?
100% it will be online before that date.

Does that means that somehow the site of the company will be also "on" after this date or this one will take longer?

Websites that shall be online before that date are: The Shareholders platform (lmb-holdings.com) , Neo's customer facing site (neo.com.cy), Bee's customer facing site (bee.com.cy), Neo EasyCoin will be online and fully functional by December 31st (Full details will be released this coming week).

Are we going to see websites online today ?
