Someone just bought 200k shares from lmb-holdings, thus investing directly in Neo&Bee. Seems like people out there begin to realize the potential here. Smiley

Nice to be in the black after a dismal November.

Still next year before we see returns, let's see how long this spike lasts.

Could someone that is attending the conference tomorrow - if you have the ability, and it's not frowned upon - please record Neo & Bee's talk at tomorrow?

Thanks

Hot damn, share price really shot up hugely today.

Anyone know if there's any way to tell how many unsold direct shares are left? Would be nice to know this and to be able to monitor it going forward.

Did you even bother to read the post above yours?

A few of questions:

Is the IPVO over? No more shares at 0.003 available from issuer?

First dividends at the end of Q1 2014, right?

Currently I have my shares at Havelock, why register at lmb-holdings.com?
IPVO over but what is left can be bought as direct shares on their site (@0.003btc each).

Nice, big jump in share price in Havelock. Anyone care to speculate why?
Two magic words combined: ZipZap, dividends.

I see...

Well! I just sold all my AM shares and bought/placed bids for 20 BTC worth of N&B shares.

I think a lot of people were kind of waiting for the price to rise, wanting to get a good deal below IPO price but not risk it going down again. Once it started to run a bit, I think a bit of panic buying is going on  Grin

No, I already had those 9000 shares for sale at 0.0027 and realized that no longer aligned with my needs so I put them for sale at 0.0046.

However, it's the same thing, because, any moment you are holding onto something and choosing not to sell it, it is like you are buying at that moment.

I can speculate, but it doesn't make any sense. At 2PM EST I sold 28 shares of NEOBEE for .0021 each on Havelock and tweeted that I did that to buy something from imore.com's new bitcoin-accepting store. I included a link to the prospectus of NEOBEE in case anyone was wondering what the heck I was talking about. 15 minutes later, the share price started to go up and was at 0.0025 by 3PM. Now it's at 0.0027.

It hadn't been moving much before that for a while.

Oh, and I also took another nearly 9000 shares for sale at 0.0027 and put them for sale at 0.0046 at the same time. Maybe someone didn't like that, maybe a bot's average sell price calculation passed a threshold.

Maybe I rocked the boat a bit Smiley
Just bought 9K shares? Good for you! Wink

That sentence is weird anyway.  Maybe reword it to something like, "Bitcoin technology provides for a network of secure and instant transfers."

Danny, one small error in What is Bitcoin section - "The tecnology that Bitcoin is, "

Wow, ZipZap? They were doing millions of dollars a day in transactions. That is how I got all my bitcoins.

TRIP REPORT

I've just returned from spending a week at the Neo & Bee offices in Cyprus and wanted to share my experience with the community.

To those with any concern, I'll start off by saying that this operation is absolutely legitimate. It's unfortunate that this needs clarification, but there have been a number of shady operations in the bitcoin space, and I can assure everyone that this most certainly isn't one of them.

After 19hrs of traveling, I landed in Larnaca and was greeted by Danny wielding a bitcoin sign (which was admittedly pretty funny) and we proceeded off to the offices. I was introduced to the rest of team who were all exceptionally warm and accommodating right off the bat. The level of professionalism was quite a pleasant surprise. Having spoken extensively with Danny prior, there wasn't any doubt of its legitimacy from my point-of-view, but I didn't expect such an established enterprise. Over the following days, I got to spend considerable one-on-one time with damn near everybody. One thing that quickly became apparent was that they all share a common goal of wanting to bring bitcoin to the masses. The aim and driving force were exactly what and where they needed to be, in my opinion. They see the potential for bitcoin to change the world and their excitement for that was palpable.

Considering all their current projects - from their involvement in helping resolve the WeExchange dilemma, to the roll-out of Easycoin, to facilitating the acceptance of bitcoin at the University of Nicosia via the Bee network, among others, they're likely the biggest company in bitcoin at the moment. The team is diverse, well-established, and has a broad range of experience levels and skill sets. Between everyone, there are connections in the financial, political, and educational sectors, and that network is only getting larger and more solidified by the day. Everyone appeared well-suited for their roles with many working roles held previously in other industries or companies.

As a shareholder, I'm impressed to say the least. Now, to be as even-handed as I can, I'll offer literally the only thought that gave me any pause, or that I felt could turn into a potential hurdle. Given their involvement in so many projects, I want to advise them not to bite off more than they're able to chew. That being said, as it stands, I honestly don't see that being an issue. I think they're fully capable of handling what they have on their plate. They showed me a capacity for hard work, long days, and persistence. As long as there's a continued effort to re-check their risk appetite, I've little concern regarding their work load.

All in all, I'm extremely excited for 2014 and wanted to offer my sincere gratitude to everyone at Neo & Bee who made my stay out there comfortable, enjoyable, and informative. You guys are leading the way and I'm confident in your collective ability to execute on your vision. To everyone else, mark my words, you're going to hear a dizzying amount about Neo & Bee in the coming months.

If anyone has any other questions, feel free to ask – I'd be happy to answer them!

Cheers!
