I think I remember TAT saying the fee transfer is something like 0.5 btc OR some % of the value, whichever is smaller, so it is not so expensive if you only have a few shares.

Danny, can we get some estimated date for financial report release please? Sorry I am tired of the word "soon" all over the place in bitcoin securities market. I really hope that you'll rise standards in this environment.

EDIT : BTW Senate Banking Subcommittee hearing on virtual currencies LIVE right now on C-SPAN3

Are the stocks traded on havelock real? Will it be possible to move them to the direct share platform when it's up?
It's a passthrough, but I think you can transfer them to their shareholders site by paying a fee of 0.5btc. This is a fee you pay to TATI, I'm fairly confident they will adjust it to Bitcoin price.

Lol I hope not, That's an INSANE price to pay.

Well, it all depends upon the amount of shares you are transferring and the price wasn't insane when it was announced (probably 1/4 of what it is today). My guess is that TAT will keep adjusting it so that it stays reasonable but discourages frequent transfers from taking place, since the transfers don't benefit TAT or NEO/BEE.

how does the increasing BTC price relate to the ability to pay out dividends (where a promise was made priced in BTC)?

for example, if there's a big jump in price before--and stagnant market for many months after--NEO is open for business, would that make profitability in BTC terms more challenging?

No because our other services will derive income in BTC

One of the other income streams is insurance, how will that derive income in BTC as premiums will be calculated in Euros?

That is a tiny part of our other streams of revenue.

If they release the financial status before December there may be no need for them to move any share. Tongue

While I'm glad the share price is holding up against BTC relatively, I'm actually surprised it is not closer to the .003 wall: given the way BTC is performing you would think investing in a BTC bank would look more attractive to investors.

I'm hoping there will be a bit more trading action when the wall is removed at the end of November ...that is correct isn't it?

He said on page 78, that is not the case. All shares will remain on sale at 0.03 but on the direct trade site.
This is probably good for the company, but bad for shareholders short term. In the long term it is probably a benifit though.

Thnx, missed that.  But that does mean the wall on havelock will be reduced since those shares will move to the direct trade site - this will make the havelock market more fluid I think.

Hey Danny,

If I decided to go to Cyprus for a holiday next year will I be able to live by spending BTC only?

That is our target for Bee, we want to ensure that people can continue with their current routines and not have to use a single Euro.

Ok well let me know when this is possible and I will come and spend some BTC.

Also will you be holding any opening events for shareholders?

Will users be able to have multiple wallets? One that holds the bulk of their savings and another to attach to their debit/bee card? So that if someone is mugged, they can't have everything stolen.

Yes you can have multiple wallets, also note the Bee card will require Biometric authentication to sign a transaction.
