If they succeed, they will be ground breaking and can bring a re-shaping of the whole space and they can grow out of proportion.

One of the most interesting IPOs ever.

Touchdown
I've never been as much excited about a IPO
Wish the team the best of luck!
This could really be a game changer. A big one.

And I''ll definitely buy shares like a mad man.

Edit :
@BTC-TC: 735482 Shares, 703.679554 BTC
 It's beautiful <3
I think that includes 500000 @ 0.00000001...

Still, very much expect this to be a successful IPO and really looking forward to seeing what Neo Bee can achieve in Cyprus and beyond.

Just got a confirmation email for the pre-IPVO

Your redemption exchange request for XBOND to NEOBEE is confirmed as submitted.

Your shares will be provided to you on September 23, 2013.

Thank you!

Just wondering will I get any kind of legal document that states that I am a stock holder of NeoBee?

I know that I will have to "lock" my shares somehow outside the stock exchanges
(so I won't be able to sell them and still claim they are mine)

but is it possible?
I am considering this a long term investment

Thank you

The "legality" of these stock exchanges is yet to be determined.

Actually it can be legal under the Obama JOBs Act crowdfunding legislation.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jumpstart_Our_Business_Startups_Act

The entirety of that act has not been passed by the SEC yet unfortunately. You still can't crowdsource equity from non-accredited investors, which is where most of the Bitcoin securities land. SEC is really dragging its feet, claiming they want to protect consumer interests blah blah blah but really they are just stifling innovation from the little guys.

If you want to crowdsource equity it is best (if you are in the United States) to operate under Regulation S (safe harbor) and ban US customers from investing. Outside the US just don't let US investors invest. Unfortunately as far as I know none of the btc stock exchanges have a way of blocking specific IP ranges from investing in your stock.

That is why when my company goes public on here we will have to do it ourselves, in sort of a colored coin manner, because we will have to make sure US citizens don't get a piece of our pie.

Only the US has an SEC institution trying to do this? I'm not sure any of this would work. US citizens would just change their IP making it pointless to try and filter by IP. Anyone determined enough to invest will invest even if by pass-through entities that invest on behalf of US citizens.

As far as I know the JOBs Act is actually working in the US on a state by state basis. Individuals in certain states can start businesses and rely on their state laws to do equity crowd funding prior to a decision by the SEC.

I don't think it's a big deal but I do think the US likes to over regulate to protect the unsophisticated investor which actually will hurt the economic growth of the US. If you don't launch your business in the US because of this then that is case in point.

Just a minor thing but why is the asset on BTCT called TAT.NEOBEE and on Havelock and BitFunder NEOBEE?
TAT is handling the IPO an all 3 platforms so why different names?

I might ask Burnside to rename the BTCT one to NEOBEE, now that he has categories.

Havelock tickers are limited to 6 characters, so NEOBEE made the most sense of course.

Perhaps the havelock and btct should be named TAT.NEOBEE since they are PT's.
Don't want to cause confusion. Smiley

Its because the underlying asset is on bitfunder, and BTCT and Havelock are classed as passthrough's

We have completed sending confirmation emails to all current participants in the Pre-IPVO round.

There were 3 people that accidentally sent there bonds the wrong way. Two of those have been resolved, and I am waiting for Havelock to assist with the last one. All in all, this is going much more smoothly than I could have hoped for!

The round will remain open until the start of the IPVO at 17:00UTC on Friday.

There are no physical certificates that represent these profit-shares, as the underlying asset only exists within the terms and conditions on BitFunder.com, etc. Your account credentials with the exchange acts as your claim to any rights associated with your profit-shares.

You would need to discuss private certificates, and whether they'd entertain providing such, with LMB Holdings directly. But in that case, they would not be able to ALSO exist within these NEOBEE securities listed on the bitcoin exchanges.

The "legality" of these stock exchanges is yet to be determined.

I understand the "legality" of the stock exchanges is yet to be determined.
but I am interested in the "legality" of my stocks

Sorry I should have clarified. The entire process, including purchasing, owning, and selling, is yet to be determined. These are unregistered, unregulated stocks. There is no way to receive a legal document verifying your stock purchases.

It's all fun and games until somebody loses an eye
Do we have an end date for the IPO?

A failure to raise 9500 BTC by Saturday 30th November would constitute a failed IPVO. With all proceeds being returned to shareholders, otherwise the shares will remain up for sale.

Does that include the pre-IPO shares like the ones traded for xbonds, or just the IPO sales?

The xbonds ones would have to be paid same as the rest - as those shares are being distributed at the start of next week so would be mixed in with the rest.

No, I mean do the xbond shares count toward the 9500 btc that need to be raised to get the project started?
