So, this explains why no one has responded to my emails about a share transfer. Which would indicate this has been an issue for at least 2 or three days. Can someone confirm that they have attempted to initiate a share transfer but havent received a timely response?

A transfer requires two business days roughly (that was my case in the past), so if your order was to be processed at about this time and they discovered a problem, the conclusion is obvious.

In my earlier posts on my other thread, I show a screenshot which includes the shares I bought and how much I paid for them.

Don't want your sharez tanking?  Halt trading.
Why didn't anyone think of that b4?

They were absolutely real, and 30k shares on a company that sold 5M+ shares is obviously suspicious enough to completely halt trading on a separate exchange.

I bought each and every single one of those shares, through LMB-holdings for BTC.

@smith1023, I was referring to the shares that I sold.

I really hope that you're telling the truth, kinda nervous now.

Sb, somebody.
I meant, why do you feel sorry for those who bought in the last few days and not anyone who bought?
As I understand it there has been some kind of hack with the share transfer from lmb to havelock.

Where did you hear this?

I'm really happy and really sad right now, happy because I made the right call for once, and really sad because I have a heart and feel for those who bought within the last 96 hours.
Why 96h? Sb hacked lmb and created fake shares to dump the market? Please elaborate

@Peter Lambert that is TAT I believe.

I thought TAT had turned the pass-through over to Havelock?

No, only Asicminer.

Sb? Who is SB?

No fake shares were created AFAIK, I sold my shares though.

What is there to elaborate? Trading halted on HL what else is there to understand?

Answer me this: the 800 shares that I purchased from you on lmb; are they legitimate to the best of your knowledge, and were they originally purchased by you?

Maybe the suspicious activity is you selling thousands of shares on LMB under market price?
I hope it's just that, and that the shares you sold were real.

Havelock Investments has been formally informed by the Pass-Through Fund Manager of NEOBEE that the compliance officer of Neo and Bee Ltd has stated that due to an increase of abnormal activity on the LMB share platform, there may be a high possibility of questionable trading activity. While Neo and Bee Ltd investigate the issue further they have strongly recommended that we halt trading and transfers.
Havelock Investments has halted the NEOBEE fund and is awaiting further instructions from the issuer.

Isn't the pass-through fund manager of NEOBEE now Havelock Investments? So they are telling themself that there is a problem?

EDIT: Nevermind, TAT is still PT fund manager, I was confused. Havelock took over the AM PT fund but not this one.

EDIT EDIT: on IRC, TAT says he is no longer PT operator, and LMB runs the pass-through now.
