I think it's too early to judge whether the price of bitcoin will go down or go up on this year. At the beginning of this year the price indeed seem increasingly declining but this does not mean that prices of bitcoin will keep falling. Just look at the history of the bitcoin price three years all showed a decrease at the beginning of the year and than increase in the middle and the end of the year. So don't worry and keep patient.

I think no because as of now the price of it are still increasing because there are so many people that are want to have some of it. They want to have it because they all know that bitcoin can help them to be rich and successful just like on our experts here they become rich and successful.

I dont think that 2018 will be the biggest downfall of bitcoin. It is normal to bitcoin that it goes down rapidly but after a few weeks or months it will back again to its peak and no one will think of it.

I would not refer whatever is happening to Bitcoin right now as its downfall. Instead, I would say Bitcoin is charging at the moment. After its charging completed, its price will definitely rise up to the moon. These fluctuations are normal. These are nothing new in the world of Bitcoin or cryptocurrency. You should research more about Bitcoin to further understand it.

No I don’t think bitcoin price will fall more than the current market because January is the month for lots of investors taking back their profit .it depend about the investment they have done lots has to show value profit or lots has to return back onvesting as financial year coming to end.

I agree it was the biggest downfall of bitcoin that happened last week but we should know what was the reason of the downfall. It was the results of massive selling of bitcoin from the people of South Korea due to some restrictions implemented from there government. To add also the panic selling of quick hands that afraid to down the price to $1k due to FUD.
I heard as of this writing, S.Korean government has shown importance about cryptocurrencies. This a good start point that they will support cryptocurrency to there country. Hope business will resume soon.
I'm optimistic that biggest downfall will bounce back in double within this year. We should have patience to wait as no success happen in overnight. Think it as a long investment and relax.

No, I do not think so. It is now in decline (such fluctuations are normal for all markets),
but it is still too early to talk about the end of the year.

I believe that in 2017 many people have start knowing crypto world. And everyone involved with crypto world knows the importance of bitcoin. I still believe that it is just a start and as more and more people are getting involved with crypto currency bitcoin will strengthen more. In 2018 there will be lots of rough fluctuations but at the year end it will stand on more value then it was at the end of 2017. I have heard many people whispering that bitcoin value will be between $50000 to $100000 at the end of 2018.

I think the fall in btc prices is because many new competitors are starting to enter, and maybe BTC can get back to normal if its competitors can not survive. so essentially who can survive that will be the best. Jadfi rise and fall of btc prices affect the rival.

I don't think any year would be the downfall of bitcoin not even 2018 because it certainly reaches different values in different days, that is just part of the system. When more people invest in bitcoin, that is where it will go up again. We just need to wait and see.

AFAIK fluctuations of bitcoin are all coming from regulation uncertainties and i think 2018 is not a year of bitcoins downfall but a year we see bitcoin cement its existence as regulations will be tailored to support its existence and stop crypto panic.

It's just another downtrend. People in the crypto community are just in the habit of attributing every single red day to regulations forgetting that there's always a downtrend for every uptrend. Whatever goes up, surely comes down.The same goes for Bitcoin. Only that It peaks and reaches a new all time high after every downtrend.
