Bitcoin continuously adopt by the people in the industry. Mass volume of demands results to rapid increase in pricing yet there are so many factors to deal with regarding this matter. Though we can forecast things, then it might end up other way. Market is very volatile and risky and hard to say what will happen next. One thing is sure, that there are laws and regulations that might implemented regarding bitcoins usage this coming months. Government had been active in pursuing laws on using it so it might be implemented soon.

Well, if you are asking about the price, then i think a little look back on the history of bitcoin will give you a whole bunch of answers to your questions in mind. Just have to be perseverant enough to find what you are looking for.
Now when we talk about over all, i think this year will be a thrilling one for bitcoin since it clearly will increase more this year.
But we can expect authorities making regulations. And so much more that can either make bitcoin die or better.
But i strongly believe that bitcoin will overcome this challenge like a boss just like all the times before.

China: After Banning Exchanges, Authorities Move To Close ‘Exchange-Like Services’
Chinese authorities are quietly stepping up a crackdown on cryptocurrency exchanges to include “market-making” platforms and similar services, according to anonymous sources cited by Bloomberg in an article Monday, Jan. 15.
As attention focuses on South Korea’s regulatory battle with cryptocurrency trading, Bloomberg reports that across the border, where official crypto-to-fiat exchanges have been banned since September, “exchange-like services” are now also on officials’ radar.
According to anonymous sources, the government now “plans to block domestic access to homegrown and offshore platforms that enable centralized trading” while remaining silent on ”how policy makers define such platforms.”
The move is allegedly in response to an “uptick” in trading activity.
Chinese investors have sought to circumvent September’s exchange ban by resorting to alternative trading environments such as peer-to-peer platforms and over-the-counter deals.
Popular peer-to-peer trading site Localbitcoins saw the impact of the ban in numbers as traders piled in, generating record volumes, which in September hit as high as 115 mln yuan ($17.8 mln) per week.
While the sources told Bloomberg that “small peer-to-peer transactions aren’t being targeted,” it remains to be seen whether the Localbitcoins phenomenon forms part of the investigation spectrum.
Meanwhile, with the worst of the turbulence in Seoul apparently over, Bitcoin prices picked up in Monday’s trading, posting daily gains just over 6% according to averaged exchange data from CoinMarketCap.

More and more people are jumping into cryptoworld and you can notice it as it being broadcast daily in news. It only means that getting popular than it used to be and thats my guess for this year. The more popular it is, the higher the demand, the higher the bitcoin price. BUT that is if there will be no unfortunate significant variables that could affect it's price; example is gettinf banned from one country etc.
Bitcoin has already had a few crucial years now and then, and it has always survive. Of course 2018 is a quite sensible year for Bitcoin as it has to confirm to be able to keep, if not to increase, the value it has acquired so fast.

I'm optimistic, the future of bitcoin is still very big chance. yes, I believe 10-20 years will come, bitcoin is still an option in crypto investment, regardless of transaction cost issues and delays.

I think this will be a big year for cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin should do well this year in my opinion but we are seeing that Bitcoin’s share of the total cryptocurrency market cap continues to drop. This means that altcoins are becoming more valuable. I think a few altcoins will have a really big year and maybe even get close to Bitcoin’s market cap.

It's been a long wait for so many altcoins in the market, 2017 was a blessed year for bitcoin as most ICO just finished and people are not mhc interest as they are waiting for more impact of tokens, though 2017 had pass and bitcoin is really on a crucial year now as most ICO ended last year is about to launch platform and market exchange this year and this will cause dump on bitcoin and jump on prosppect token to rise in the market to widen the posibilities of earning more than a thousand percent.
for the start of the year, may be said so considering the severe dumps of recent times, but sooner or later, bitcoin will surely rise and exceed ATH last time, there is a possibility of bitcoin price dump because of the issue of korean government that will banned bitcoin, and of course it is fake news.

Nope, this 2018 is not the most crucial year of bitcoin. Instead it is the debut year of the bitcoin because of being well-known in other country specially here in Philippines. Bitcoin is acknowledge here so I think bitcoin's value will raise more than we expect.

There is a lot of information that Bitcoin will exceed $ 20,000 in 2018. I see this can happen because Bitcoin has hit this value before, meaning it can happen again.

Well bitcoin now is dumping but I believe that this year 2018 bitcoin will be more stable with a higher price higher than the price last year.
