I believe it is. And with the bad news and chinese new year dump going on, it'll most certainly be an interesting year.

Bitcoin will (in how I see it) raise to new heights this year. But it might be it's last one.

I'm not saying it'll get replaced, but there will be room for other huge coins to share the market position of Bitcoin, and when this happens Bitcoin will start to lower down

I have this strong guts that bitcoin could recover it's low value to hits another breaking record value like last year. And because of what I have read like from this posts of yours mate, It helps me make a stronger guts too to have a positive mindset towards the current situation of bitcoin.

I think there will be a period of adjustment, the price will not rise much, if the fall may fall a little, and then it will rise steadily.

There's still a long way run for bitcoin.If you are thinking on if BTC will be critical in this year and in the coming years, the present system of the banks are more critical. I, 'm onto bullish rather than bearish for Bitcoin, and the lightning network is soon to be implemented, I believe it will boost Bitcoin market.

I think its too early to tell that 2018 is the most crucial year for bitcoin. As we all know cyrpto is unpredictable. Lets just wait,study and observe the movement of the market and then decide what would be our next move,if you'll make your mind to sell your btc or wait and hold.

In my own opinion, it might be crucial for bitcoin in this year because people will be expecting that it will increase and if it does not it will bring disappointment. As you have observed, a lot of alt coins are continuously sprouting almost everywhere and more people are investing in them more than btc. The btc is also getting rarer because of its limited amount. Let's just hope for the better.

2018 will decide the future of Bitcoin. It will decide whether Bitcoin will survive in the long term future or not. 2018 is going to be either boom or bust for the crypto-currency. For my part, I am quite hopeful about BTC. Despite the authorities trying hard to destroy the crypto, we have survived.

I think bitcoin will continue to grow rapidly in the New Year.
$10000 is not the ultimate goal of it, I think the goal is higher, the king, he is now encrypted currency now is very good, the development of the encryption currency in the next year, the development of the currency will be more better

At march  ~30k
At June  ~50k
At july  ~30k
consolidation  ~2-4 months
end of 2018  ~70-100k $

When we had talked and discussed with friends at jan 2017, our end of the year 2017's prediction for BTC was 2.5k$. It was really much for those days.
from that time Jan 2017 to Jan 2018 the total market capacity has grow ~45x times. Bitcoin has grew ~10x times. I think at least It will get ~10x times more in 2018
If btc is the king of all crypto kinds. Not all but most of the money of altcoins will be come back to btc in new big wave of BTC.

If we imagine now all money of altcoins sold by people and they buy just BTC. If chaos not happen, BTC price must be ~35k$. But its of course not possible to wait people sell all their altcoins and buy BTC. More than that if its would be happen the price would sky rocketing. Anyway the interest of community will take more money to market for BTC on new big wave  because you could see all Tv or newpaper news all the times about just BTC. By the way on next big wave most of the people wanna turn back their face to BTC with the pump of news and media people wanna buy more BTC.

50% of altcoin money will flow back to BTC.

If we read the newspapers or articles circulating on the internet comprising the expert advice and analysis about the very year in relation to the bitcoins, then we get to know that everyone is expecting that the bitcoin are going to increase on terms of their value and popularity both.

But the completely opposite situation could also occur as downfall might be possible because of the excessive investments in the market in terms of digital currencies. But all we can do is keep our fingers crossed and let’s hope for the better.

Bitcoin become global need for all people around the world especially in this digital era so on this year 2018, bitcoin will reach another new record !

Well no one can really tell for sure. But i think, it will be like this year. And if it happens, then we can really expect waves and waves of different all time highs. Bitcoin will be breaking records by records again. Specially with the news about the lightning network, i think there will be greater things to expect from biitcoins. To be honest, i really feel sorry for all those panic sellers who sold their possessions due to weak hearts.

i do not think it will be crucial year for bitcoin.but it  turns out bitcoin prices are going down but im sure 2018 it will be a good year for bitcoin and the price will slowly get better.
