In this certain country japan,america and china might did this action to prevent using bitcoin in money fraud and some country decided not to legalized this because of the same reason but it would be harder for them monitor because they didnt adopt this one

nope i think bitcoin is not included on the black market bitcoin currency is not dark. although in some countries bitcoin is prohibited and illegal. but it is just opinion or statement of a few countries. in fact there are some countries that do not prohibit bitcoin. bitcoin is the same as fiat currency. certainly fair when someone is using bitcoin to buy illegal or legal

Yes exactly. Bitcoin has valued so no doubt it can be used on whatever type of money transaction that other financial or currency involved to. Whether for legal or illegal it's not new to heard.

Bitcoin is money anyway and you can buy anything with money , it really depends on the person who uses it or what motive on purchasing something. One thing is for sure bitcoin usually used in illegal activities because of its anonymity and illegal transaction would be safe because it would be hard to traced it down.

Yes bitcoin can be used for many illegal activities.Any type of money is used in illegal activity but bitcoin has an advantage over then because no body can who is the sender of the btc.Bank will only know money is coming from bank so no Identity of sender so they can surely use it in illegal activities.

You mean bitcion being anonymous. There is still information but not a lot is needed. But at this way also it is limited to send money. The sending limit will be according to how much information you would give.

i really don't know if bitcoin is being used for some illegal activities but we cannot remove the possibility of it. there is also a thread here asking if bitcoin can be used to buy drugs. the only illegal activity that i know which involves bitcoin is scamming others.

No doubt about that, since we consider bitcoin as money, then we can use it to pay someone.. But, I don't consider gambling as illegal.. There are gambling sites who operates but still following the local laws.. I just don't know about online gambling sites, I don't know if they really have permits and are really paying taxes, I read sometimes in a local news paper here in the Philippines, that there are online gambling sites operated by foreigners, some were sometimes raided by the police as it is illegal..
