In darknet or deepweb yes theres alot of people who using bitcoin for illegal activities like buying drugs,cocaine and those s*x toy for their own good goverment has nothing to do with this bitcoin is more secured than bank (in my own opinion) and will continue to make identity hidden.

The answer is half yes, half no. Many people buy illegal things on dark net, while some good persons do legal things, like buying ordinary goods, food, and so forth.

That is true that everything can be used for illegal activity. We cannot deny the fact that even the best of currencies are being used by people for illegal activities but there is nothing wrong in it. I mean if we are not using it for illegal activity then we don't have to worry or get upset that bitcoins are being used for any wrong activity.

I don't even think it will effect bitcoin at all. it won't make it's price slower or anything. if people using bitcoin for illegal activities then it is those people's fault. those people should be guilty for doing these activities.. not bitcoin.
bitcoin is just a currency. it is upto users that how they treat it and how they use it.

That is not the main concern of terrorist group since most of their dealing are covered most by fiat currencies and other assets.

Yes bitcoin can give them a quite anonymous transaction but believe me that is just their option and can't considered as a main one.

All governments are simply a small froup of people taking away the freedom of a lot of other people, all under the guise of protecting the other people. The thing the government people are really doing is making money off the other people. Bitcoin reduces the ability of government people to make so much money off their citizens.

Bitcoin probably is being used in illegal activities, but not any more than any fiat currency. That said, most to all governments make legality a gray area anyway, making it a very poor metric to go by.

Some other people they are using bitcoin in illegal activities in darkweb they are use it because of anonymity like selling drugs or weapons.
I think until now they are using bitcoin in illegal activities that can affect the image of bitcoin..

Does anyone know what happen with all those bitcoins stolen from Bitfinex? It could go to some illigal activities as terrorism or something. Today terrorists are equiped with money and technologies, so who knows, maybe it is exactly they did this big grab.

May or may not be. May because no one can track it until or unless the person caught in time. May not because Bitcoin is not yet used at larger areas. And not accepted at stores. But if someone is caught using this for illegal purposes it may be baned by that country.

whether it's bitcoin, gold, cash money, prepaid debit cards, people will use all these for not legal things. that's why governments have set up certain policies in order to push back the use of these tools for criminals. you can't even buy gold here without the store to scan your id. it's insane.

Yes ofcourse bitcoin is being used for illegal activities for example buying drugs and weapons thats alot of times that they do that.
I even see people hiring hitman for it so watchout bitcoin can drag you into heavy stuff dont go on dark marketplaces and deep web thats crazy stuff i see there and definitely not pegi13
