Paypal is better caused can protect the buy and seller but sometimes the scammer still can look for loopholes to cheat and easy to convert to cash and withdrawal to the bank account, Bitcoin better because the value of Bitcoin still increase and Bitcoin can be an investment, and I'm using both.
I have a hunch that paypal will accept bitcoin, but this is just a hunch. but, when it happens, then paypal will probably admit that bitcoin is really better than them so they tried to save themselves by accepting bitcoin. I am pretty sure that this time bitcoin, has exceeded paypal.

Yup i totally feel you in terms of freedom bitcoin is the best as they don't ask for id if you receive huge amount of funds. But if you are a buyer i would anyday support paypal even though many escrow are coming up in terms of purchase safety bitcoin can never defeat PayPal. You state that there isn't a comparison between PayPal and Bitcoin, but yet you compare how Bitcoin has been performing price wise, with something that is just a platform, PayPal. PayPal doesn't give any returns since it functions only as a platform that allows people to transact with fiat as main tool. Only real comparison between Bitcoin and PayPal is how both perform when it comes to purchasing stuff and transacting with the outside world. That's really it.
