That is the point which I often think and with that point I do not compare bitcoin and paypal with each other because paypal is not a currency and bitcoin is a currency then how is it possible that these both compete each other.

yeah you are right bitcoin is much more profitable than paypal because paypal is not available in everywhere and you can check that bitcoin is available in everywhere in all countries for shopping etc .

yeah bitcoin is more profitable than paypal and i never use paypal and i do not know that how use paypal for shopping and in my country paypal service is not available because using bitcoin and i use bitcoin as investment i store my money in bitcoin because bitcoin will more rise and shine in the future .

I'm almost positive (through experience with both payment processors) that it boils down to whether you're the buyer or the seller. For the seller, I would see bitcoin being the easier method of payment. Vendors can set up auto-buy, don't have to give out personal emails for payment, and don't have to risk charge-backs. As the buyer, while bitcoin is faster, you don't have any protection from a scam. If you send your bitcoin first, you have a likelihood of getting scammed, whereas, with PayPal, you can chargeback in the case you were not delivered your product.

And while I saw a thread where user asked whether bitcoins are being used for illegal activities, I think paypal is the root for such activities and not bitcoins. You can visit the exchange section here and see how many user daily comes and tries to scam others by sending them PP and then reversing.

There is no point into calling Bitcoin more profitable than PayPal since PayPal is not an investment option as Bithodler also pointed out. Drop the profitable thing.

True. You can't use Paypal as an investment option. Money you put in Paypal will not appreciate or depreciate, with regard to the amount deposited. But, we should also be educated that Bitcoin is not a currency. The US considers Bitcoin as commodity and not currency. Meaning that this is not really money but some kind of item we buy and sell, hence is greatly affected by supply and demand. Unlike money we put in Paypal, since paypal is a financial service.

There is no point into calling Bitcoin more profitable than PayPal since PayPal is not an investment option as Bithodler also pointed out. Such a shame that you were scammed, but I think sellers have an even greater possibility of being scammed with chargebacks especially if you are selling a digital product since they can keep the product and their money.

Someone told me that take friends or family gift money and I sold some bitcoins to a user online, he sent me money with gift/family friends which cannot be charged back. But hey I was scammed Sad

then also, because he opened an un-authorized transaction chargeback and paypal without any much enquiry took the money back from my account.

Those scammers get more and more creative, I always thought that if someone sent money as family and friends then there was no way for the sender to get back, I will bookmark this for future reference.

I also believe so, I call bitcoins the currency of people because see there is no one controlling our money and it is completely decentralized. You aren't doing anything other than showing your ignorance with comments like that.

PayPal is only offering you a platform to conduct payments on a large scale with a certain amount of security for its buyers. It's not an investment tool or anything close to that.

By worldwide currency you mean that it will replace the entire fiat system? If so, then you're just making yourself look like someone that doesn't know what he is talking about.

Bitcoin is nothing more than an alternative currency/investment tool that people can use in various ways to the level that it suits them the best. It's will stay an alternative for as long as it exists.
