Faucets is not worth of time, but very good way to learn the about Bitcoin.
You do not need to spend your money and you can understand how Bitcoin payment process work.
This was my theory in start and I have too much just because of these faucets many still believe its wast of time but for newbies its ok because something is better then nothing in free

No, faucets aren't worth the time in my opinion. People have already calculated how much you can make theoretically by using the faucets non stop for 8 hours or so, and come up with a measly couple of USD. Totally not worth the time. Way below minimum wage!

Faucets are a good way to learn about bitcoin or to do while you wait for a bus/train  Smiley

Look around you instead of filling in captchas...

Faucets are a joke the amount of time and electricity doesn't equate to the payout.

Of course. I know a site who always complain about abuse in their faucet. Players always cashout on them.

no, the amount you got is small compared to the time you wasted

I personally would not recommend faucets myself because for the amount that you make it is really not worth it and you are more than likely going to end up paying way more in electricity than you make from the faucets.
But if you are doing already online work and during this time you can check some faucets for few satoshis its not a bad idea I have some good amount

of course it's not worth of your time, and electricity you pay..

Exactly.

If you can find a job paying you $5 an hour, you shouldn't waste your time on faucet unless you can get 0.01 btc an hour.
If you can find a job paying you just $1 a day, you shouldn't waste your time on faucet unless you can get 0.002 btc a day.

I wouldn't recommend faucets to anyone except to the people who wants to build a website with that.
But still many faucets coming on daily basis and these are good for newbies

I did some faucets back in 2013. It was a waste of time then -- gotta be a colossal waste of time now. Roll Eyes

probably

but remember

if you did faucets in 2009 and kept the coins it would be worth it

if someone does faucets in 2014 and keeps them until 2019

will it be worth it? Smiley

Maybe, but even in that scenario doing faucets for hundreds of hours would still be less profitable than buying 5$ worth of Bitcoins and holding until then Tongue
It would be a much better use of your time if you were to work some additional time and use the money you earn to purchase bitcoin on an exchange. The total amount of additional money that will be in your name will be much greater then if you were to try to make money from faucets.
