Bitcoin gambling is no more illegal than gambling with a credit card. What is bitcoin backed up with? We should mine gold and back the coin with god and silver and gold. If bitcoin were to be backed by a physical object of worth the price would skyrocket or moon as we say.
God bitcoin Clear BTCC Bitcoin Clear is NEXT! @bitcoinclear.

In my opinion, it only depends about in where are you located at the moment, and where is the casino (online) located. If it doesn't have the proper license, you can easily bring back some lawyers and they will close the casino soon because it doesn't meat the regulations

you are right especially if we play gambling in the country that gambling is not allowed and we can break the law and get to the jail. but I don't think that bitcoin gambling exists in the real life because so far, I only find bitcoin gambling place is on the internet and if we want to play gambling in that site, I think we can use proxy or software to hide our IP so we cannot be traced.

If you found a casino (a physical) ones in your place or in your country then it's clear that your country supports gambling. They are giving license to operate to those who wants to run this business and the government will take a big portion on it. But with bitcoin gambling, it's different but you have the assurance that bitcoin gambling is legal since they are supporting gambling.

Bitcoin exists on the blockchain which is basically no man's land and i dont think authorities even have bitcoin on their radar in terms of gambling because gambling already exists in the fiat world and if they choose to make it illegal that would be waging a war on crypto gambling

True, gambling might be illegal in your country but it can be legal in mine.  It is really a matter of where you are living.  In the Philippines, as long as the gambling site is registered to PAGCOR, it is a legal operation else they will shutdown your sites and order a cease and deceased to stop your operation.. Though I do not know about an iternational Casino sites since there is no restriction preventing citizen to play on any international Casino site.

legal or not legal I think it still depends on our own thoughts. Although gambling is said to be illegal, still if it's already a gambling fans it will remain a legal, right? Grin and still doing a gambling as can as possible, it doesn't matter it was said an illegal's thing.
But seem I've heard, that in some countries.. gambling with bitcoin already has been legal.
No the legality of something has nothing to do with your beliefs it has to do with the law, if gambling is illegal in your country it does not matter if there are some casinos around the country it is still an illegal activity and you are violating the law so if gambling is illegal in your country avoid gambling, do not look for any kind of trouble.

I know that most of bitcoin gambling operates illegal because it's much easy to set it up and operate it online but I think the most popular one like bitsler is legal but it still depends on your country's jurisdiction.
Besides the cost to make it legal is quite expensive it is also complicated when you have to deal with the government.
Bitcoin based gambling allow you to run it with smaller cost anonymously.
That's why mostly think it is not necessary to legalize their business , we are in different world , but government always want your money.

If you country doesn't allow online gambling or your government is very strict then most likely it isn't technically legal.

However, there is nothing stopping anyone from doing it because governments don't control Bitcoin and don't have the power to take down websites.

The only ones that do are superpowers like USA, Rusiia, UK, etc. but these issues are too small for them to care about.

Is Bitcoin gambling is legal?

I dont see why it wouldn't be legal, as long as you are not on the United States or just in China, gambling with cryptos should not be a thing to be worried about.

And you can easily go to gamble in just a casino that accepts bitcoins, it is full of them, you with them on bitcoins or just any other currency and they give you chips for playing in selective games.

It is not difficult, it is full of them in Europe.

Hey guys,

We've written an updated guide on whether Bitcoin Gambling is officially legal in your country, as it's a bit of a confusing topic.

Let me know if your country is not included and you would like it to be.

Gave it a read just now, it was fine, nice, short and crisp. Specially with the tabular data, i found it more readable and informative.
A little doubtful about Greece, i read something contrasting to your table regarding the gambling scenario.

It depends on countries and places rules and regulations.
If  gambling itself is ban in a country, then gambling with bitcoin or any other currency is automatically illegal.

While in some countries gambling may be legal but bitcoin as a cryptocurrency may not be accepted and legalised yet, so in such place it is safe to not gamble with bitcoin.

While most of the places have gambling regularised, and bitcoin is not illegal in mosf of the countries so it is fair to say that gambling with bitcoin is not illegal.
bitcoin is very strong and anonymous.
if we do gambling with bitcoin I consider this is a legal action when viewed in anonymous terms.
but gambling is still an illegal act in some countries.
gamblers always have access to get their gambling venues
Yeah your right.
For me as long as you follow the rules in gambling it is legal.
And if you use your own money, then you are nothing to worry because its your own decision to gamble your own money.
It just become illegal, if you cheat while playing.
And if you use other people money.
Thats an illegal, because your pooling other people just to earn money for yourself.

It is nowadays pretty irrelevant whether or not bitcoin gambling is legal, because you can deposit and withdraw anonymous. And there are also gambling sites which offer anonymous account registration. Despite of this good news, in most countries bitcoin is legal as most countries have no law about it.
Yes there are gambling sites that there is no central control but speaking of legality i think still no official proclamation of making bitcoin gambling as illegal. But eventhough time comes to illegalize bitcoin then i believe government every government will get hard to control since every transaction is peer to peer and node by node for every user.

Until no one tells it's illegal you can use Bitcoin in any gambling site and i think Bitcoin and gambling is both different when in term of legality. Both could be legal or illegal only in the country you are in depending on the rules of your government.

depends where u from.
if gambling online is illegal that even btc is.
if btc is illegal then it is.

Yes, because I think some countries banned bitcoin but I don't know exactly how many countries and what are those exactly countries but here in our countries bitcoin gambling is not banned or either illegal. As long as internet is not banned it is legal and everyone can still play bitcoin gambling.

It is illegal since no gambling sites have the certificate of legality, since they are anonymous, they are taking this advantage to make money. It is a very good business but requires a lot of money, and the risk is still there because you don't know if there are people who will gamble in your gambling site, if there would be no people, then you are going to be bankrupt and all the money that you have spent will going for nothing.
Gambling is not a good thing and I think that it should not be legal because then every person will gamble openly. Even the students will gamble. Bitcoin is a big money and of you lose in bitcoin it means that you lost all your business, because bitcoin is not only money but it is also a business and losing business is not sensible. Therefore if a person is edict of gambling, he should gamble offline and not online in bitcoin.
You do not understand making something illegal does not make it disappear that is what a lot of people like to believe, making gambling illegal will only create underground casinos where people have no way to know if the games are fair, while legal casinos need to offer fair games to their customers.

Is Bitcoin gambling is legal?
Bitcoin itself is seeing as illegal in some countries and therefore it is good you state the place that bitcoin is legalized and then we would find the nature of the laws guide gambling in those countries. For online you can actually gamble using  bitcoin without mush hindrance  because bitcoin itself in transactions is highly anonymous and decentralization and this make it very difficult for any government to understand how you gamble and the source of your fund.
