I think it's not illegal and legal because there are no rules about it.
There is/are rules about it. If you are living in a country that is religious then gambling is no doubt illegal on it but if you're living in such a nice country that is allowing people to gamble and they are taxing people's profit and as well as the establishment then there's no need to worry on it, they are legal on those places.

I think it's not only about religion. Evolved countries allow gambling (and they are religious/conservative), while poor countries don't. Evolved people know very well how to deal with gambling on their countries, they can live with it without becoming addicted and without ruining their lives and their economy. I really don't understand why poor countries are against gambling as it could generate an interesting income for the public coffers.

Gambling is forbidden in some countries. In some countries, it is not illegal but it is not approved. We can compare Bitcoin gambling with the FIAT gambling. Both the Bitcoin casinos or the world currencies casinos are providing the same type of the games. When the gambler wants to cash out his profit in the crypto casinos he will sooner or later turn this Bitcoin to the cash for which, and that depends in which country gambler is living, he must report his earnings that he earned online. If he doesn't report his income that can be called illegal activity but that is also depending on the country the gambler is living. Bitcoin gambling is legal as long the Bitcoin stays Bitcoin and is not malversate for illegal activities.

There are some countries that ban gambling through casinos and even in online site. I do not know why they banned gambling online and offline but we all know they have a good and explanatory reason. Gambling is worst addiction and it can literally destroy lives, if people in a country can't avoid or keep themselves in gambling, then it is better for the government to ban it.

Is Bitcoin gambling is legal?

Bitcoin gambling is legal depending on the country where you are doung and operating the gamble. However if that country has banned bitcoin then that would also follow that gambling using that currency is also not valid. That’s why i really think tbat this is conditional
Before you gamble you should know if it's illegal or not, every country has different set of laws therefore you have to be responsible in knowing if you are safe or not on what you are doing. If that is against the law then I am sure you will pay the consequences once you are caught for violating the law, this is an entertainment but if it's illegal then it's hard to have fun anymore, we need to sacrifice the fun to ensure we will stay safe and just look for other means of having fun.

The legalities of gambling vary from country to country where the people's culture is the main concern and beside government policies and connections are also a big factor like for example if you are operating a gambling casino and didn't comply a certain requirements mandated by the government then your operation is illegal, even online casinos are illegal to some countries.
Yeah I think there is o problem in gambling in bitcoin because bitcoin is decentralized and the governments has nothing to do with it. Therefore I think that if someone use bitcoin in gambling it is right and there must be no legal issue in this regard.

I believe that nobody will know ever that you are gambling in bitcoin because it is online and the rest of the people have nothing to do with your laptop of computer.

Is Bitcoin gambling is legal?

IT would be depending on the country on where you would be gambling. especially now that there is a lot of going on woth bitcoin being banned and somecou tries imposing strict regualtions on it. There might be some countries who tink of this two as illegal
Officially, Countries don’t legalize gambling because it gives a bad impression of that country in front of other countries. Also, Government is well aware about the fact that majority of their population like gambling as the ratio of casinos goes on increasing and all this happen under the eye of the government.
Being aware, they still don’t close casinos because these governments are also taking profits from such casinos in shape of heavy taxes.
Yes, gambling legalization is a mystery to solve. Of course, making it legal would give a bad impression of a country because it ruins the life of people and no country would like to do so. But as you said, governments are well aware of what is happening in their states and they know gambling also because they take huge amounts of taxes from casinos which have built their name in country.
I dont think soo. If thats the case then what are you views on Las vegas? It do really give bad impressions to those people who do hear of such place? Maybe in some but not a valid basis on a certain reputation of a certain country. Gambling sites are everywhere and gamblers who do affected their own lives because of gambling is already their responsibility and gambling businesses doesnt have any obligations on that.

Gambling through websites legality isn't yet defined in lots of countries around the world since some doesn't mind or doesn't prohibits online gambling whether other are strictly refusing it and considering it as felony  and from the top of my head i can say that China , Malaysia , Russia and of course the US banned internet gambling in different ways .
So if fiat gambling situation is still as shady or as prohibited in most of the world , then bitcoin gambling wouldn't be any clearer .
Yes gambling is indeed something that many law challenges. Many rules prohibit gambling and we know that only a few countries can legalize gambling. I think both Bitcoin and Fiat are the same. The only difference is probably only the ease of playing gambling. With Bitcoin the gamblers are very helpful because it can make deposits and withdraw easily. Currently most of the game type is online gambling, but again I do not recommend to play gambling for someone who is not ready to accept all the risks. In addition to opposing the law, gambling will also be very influential for the life we have. So prepare the mentality and ourselves because life is a very important thing and we only live once, That's why the importance of choosing this thing in living this short life.

In the countries that gambling is ilegal probably yes, but far as i know there isn't any country who does not allow their people to gamble their money.

Gambling is probably one of the best sources from where a lot of people is earning money from profiting from the ones who are constantly losing, lmao.

Casinos with physical buildings have been legalized because the government also earns a lot of income from applicable taxes, it is widely recognized by developed countries because gambling also serves as entertainment

So no, there is no need to worry about the legality if your country allows gamblers.

Here in my country it is illegal but in other courtiers it is legal because I have travelled some other country and there the people were gambling online. I also gamble in bitcoin there. One thing I want to mention that in my country one should gamble online became the government has nothing to do with that and bitcoin gambling is online therefore there is no problem gambling in bitcoin.
It would be great if the names of the countries were mentioned to enrich our knowledge about these palaces. Anyway it's good to know that we have places where BTC gambling is legal. I have a personal guess about BTC gambling that it will be legal in countries where bitcoin and gambling both are legal. In my country nor bitcoin nor gambling are legal. So, I am not in the list of the lucky ones.
I guess it depends with the current leaders system that scrutinized gambling with bitcoin, because some countries totally banned gambling whose not complying rules and regulations even though a fiat type gambling. So in this case if a gambling owner doesn't comply the rules and regulations like a bitcoin gambling sites operating without any legalities followed as a requirements and mandatory rules of the government of every country.

As long as the casino has the necessary certification to operate then it is very much legal to operate, there has been a crackdown of cryptocurrency gambling websites that doesn't have license to operate in the first place and those are all being closed down.

Legal have different meanings and it depends on what field we are talking about, if it is like wha you have said, that have certificate to operate then it is legal to the Government but what about if we are going to talk about God, it is legal to Him? I guess not. Gambling is so wrong if we are going to ask the Holy Bible about it, it is wrong to the point where we could abandon our own families just to push our luck into gambling.
